Everything has been great! The staff is very attentive at reception and in the restaurant. They provide you safaris excursions with Raj who is an expert in the jungle. The facilities are very good and they are making improvements in the swiming pool area. The room is spacious ,comfortable bed, AC and hot water work well. We decided to stay one more night because we felt relaxed.

Friendly and competent. The staff knew what guests needed and were very attentive without being intrusive. Very environmentally conscious, for example water in glass bottles, paper bags instead of plastic... Above all, the cleanliness is impressive. Five places, five hotels in Nepal – Aikawa was definitely the best.

Upon examining this property from top to bottom, nothing stands out that is not being dealt with and deserves to be mentioned as a dislike.

From start to finish, they were absolute professionals. Nothing was too much trouble, and they paid close attention to detail during our stay. Complimentary transportation on arrival and departure to the bus station was also provided, in addition to a cultural event we attended in town. On all occasions, the offer made was not requested. They organised all the tickets, a Chitwan National Park jeep, and walking safaris at competitive prices. We received two room upgrades during our seven-day stay. The quality of the buffet breakfast and the luxury of sitting outside with the rice fields as your vista is quite delightful. They have created a lovely ambience for a new build within its setting. They are still working on finishing the external garden area and gym, and this work in progress did not create any excessive noise. The location is very authentically charming. For example, an elephant is parked just down the road, and local children are playing in the rice fields. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the bedding is well set up with entertainment, TV and internet, both fast and numerous powerpoints. Bathrooms smell and look clean, and hot water is plentiful. A spa bath in the suite is excellent kindness therapy for your body after a long walk in the jungle. Entrance to rooms via keycards can have multiple if required. If you have any concerns, please engage with the staff. They will do their best to remedy any quickly and to your satisfaction.

The yard was under construction but there were no disturbing sounds or anything so it didn't affect our stay and I am sure it will look very pretty when finished.

We had a beautiful stay at Hotel Aikawa. The facilities are new and clean. The restaurant overlooked the pretty rice fields and it was very close to the restaurants in Sauraha. We were impressed by the staff who were all very helpful and professional. When we where there they were celebrating that they had aquired another star for their rating and we were invited to the celebrations where we had really good Nepali food. Overall we had an excellent stay and it was well worth the price.

The ambience and the welcomeness of the entire staff is very professional and gave me a relaxed and comfortable feeling during my stay. Not really except, room heater didn't work properly at one room.

Near hotel, many restaurant, shops are there to buy things easily. All are in walkable distance. Hotel staffs were kind and no problem at the time of check in and check out. They have a very good restaurant, food are really good. There are many trees and decorated like Asian vibe, feeling comfortable. Room also ok. We took 4 rooms, but only one room heater didn't work properly. WIFI connection also good.

There was nothing I did not like about the hotel. The only thing I can say that’s negative in the least is the restaurant is good, but not great. Their dishes were all cooked with too much salt. Not enough salt to ruin them, but enough that you were conscious of the fact that there was too much salt.

The property is exceptionally clean and the staff is very attentive (almost too attentive for my tastes, but hey, that’s just me). They left absolutely no stone unturned when catering to me. It was a little too chilly to swim, but the pool is very nice.

The staffs were very friendly and specially, Mr Milan in the front office. They arranged our safari itinerary and the nature guide was amazing. The food was so good with an open kitchen that I’m currently feeling like going back. The room is well equipped and super comfortable. They have a spa called Ai Spa and the spa session was amazing. The sauna in the end helped me relax and relieve all my stress. They have a coffee shop names Ai Cafe. The coffee was so good that the entire lobby was aromatic. They have a garden in the making which sounds like an unique plan. The communication of staffs, the hospitality and service are over the top. Definitely will recommend.

The property is well maintained and the location is close to national park. Compared to all other hotels in the vicinity this is contemporary and Morden. From the time you Checkin and till you checkout they will make sure everything is taken care of. They provided us with welcome drink and wet towels to freshen up. The hotel staff is extremely polite and helpful. They even helped us in the booking for jungle safari and it’s pick up and drop . The food is freshly made and they make it hygienically. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We would’ve liked some garden areas to enjoy the outdoors and nature. However, the hotel is already working on this. They are currently landscaping their grounds to add the garden space.

It’s a new build with contemporary decor. Our room was super clean and comfortable - fast WIFI, on-demand hot showers, soft towels, comfortable firm bed with nice linens, great food. Overall the hotel was very nice, and the service from the staff was exceptional. Everyone from the cleaners, to security, to restaurant staff was polite and always ready to help. Many thanks to Milan, Front Desk Executive, for taking care of us during our stay and arranging our various day trips and airport transportation. Everything was perfect.

The staff was superb and made our stay exeptional. During our Chitwan safari we even had a waiter, pleasant and professional, serving us well-prepared dishes and our tour was very well organised. Our dinner in the hotel restaurant also met our highest expectations. Our room was clean and even nicer than displayed in the pictures. We do recommend this hotel to everybody.

My father and I had an amazing stay at Hotel Aikawa. I would like to thank the whole staff for being amazing hosts from the very first minute we arrived at the airport. Everyone was super friendly and extremly helpful with booking tours for us. We ate everyday at the hotel restaurant and were always satisfied. Our room, which was upgraded twice, was excellent. This hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed in for the time we visited Nepal.

There seemed to be a few quirks with electricity, which meant brief periods of no electricity, but I'm not sure this was due to external problems or internal. In any case, generators kicked in when there were issues.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Aikawa which is a new hotel in an area where there are dozens of options for tourist lodging. Since I was the only guest at the time due to being new, I had the full attention of the large staff. They were amazingly helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I cannot say enough good things about these people. The hotel itself is modern, with superb design and everything I needed.

Starting from a warm welcome with a complimentary drink. I like the hotel very very much and the service was very excellent, arranging attractions and transportation, Hotel arrange a jeep and a walking safari for us in the chitawan national park. Will stay in the hotel if ever I get a chance to go Sauraha again and will recommended all my friends also to choose hotel Aikawa, if they are looking for good and much better with family environment hotel in Sauraha. As a solo female traveller, safety and avoiding harassment are always my primary concern. I felt very safe staying hotel and the staffs were super respectful. I also appreciated the airport pick up and drop off was free of cost. I was visited in Sauraha as many time but that time, stress free and comfortable stay in Hotel Aikawa. Thank you and I will be back for sure.

Really nice continental breakfast with big choice of dishes throughout all the meals we had at the Hotel. The meals we had were always very testy, fresh and served with a smile. Convenient and central location. Spacious and big size room, it was very clean. The staff was supper friendly, lovely and helpful. We spent 2 nights in hotel Aikawa, really enjoyed staying in hotel with family environment.
