Shower didn't get very hot

The bed was in the top 3 most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Really comfortable rooms, nice lobby and dining area. Quick and easy complimentary airport transfer.

I like everything.

Eager to help staff of the hotel is what I like the most. Reception staff named Milan was very good in his services. The security guards are also helpful and vigilant.

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at Hotel Jampa it is a quiet safe hotel considering it is in the heart of Thamel and is close to everything you need. The room was clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. Breakfast was fair and catered for a variety of tastes the fresh omelettes were particularly tasty and the coffee was some of the best I have ever tried. The food from the menu is also filling, tasty and reasonably priced. Airport pick up service was great after a long journey I was extremely grateful for that. All of the staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful they work hard and can't do enough to make sure you feel comfortable during your stay. A special mention goes to Satishra who always greeted me with a warm smile. The reception offers a currency exchange around the clock which is very handy and has the best rates in the area. I would highly recommend Hotel Jampa to anyone who is looking for a stay in Thamel.

Absolutely amazing experience! The stuff is nice and friendly and the owner is so helpful! He helped me organize all the hiking tours! The breakfast is also very good and the hotel is in great location!

Located in the Thamel area, this is a very convenient location. Clean rooms. Hot water. Felt safe while staying at hotel. The hotel staff were super friendly and welcoming. Complementary airport transfer and other local tours requested was arranged well. Good breakfast options (included with room).

Booking.com and it's Payment mode. Card details were taken at the time.of booking, but hotel.wants another card. Majority of the Indian ctedits card were getting failed at the time of payment. They did not take money from.the card which we gave at the time of booking.

The staff were very friendly & helpful with all questions & requests. The breakfast had a good selection, always fresh & very good coffee and egg bar. Good location to many places including the Museum of Nepali Art which is highly recommended.

I was upgraded to a room with a balcony too bad I was only there for one night. Comfy bed, good sized room. Clean bathroom had all amenities. Hotel also has room service plus their own restaurant. Pick up from airport was there even though I had to wait a while till they gathered everyone. I had to head back to the airport early they arranged for my taxi and provided breakfast in a box. Location was great in terms of proximity to shops and restaurants.

Courtesy taxi from the airport was amazing and I was grateful for it as you are bombarded as soon as you walk out the airport. Location was very good, to just wonder and walk around the city which was great, lots of cafe, restaurants, museum of fine art, smaller galleries to drop into. Hotels breakfast and restaurant was very good, and had varied menu. AC came in very handy, firm mattress, very friendly, helpful staff - Thank you

Location was great, at the Center of Thamel but tucked in an alley near Thamel street so not too noisy. The rooms were amazing. Spacious with very comfortable bed and pillows. Decent breakfast options, nothing too fancy. Helpful Staff and good Dollar exchange rates
