Some rooms do not have AC, so just be sure to confirm that you want AC when booking, especially if travelling during the summer. However, this was my own fault and the hotel would have accommodated me if they were not full.

Excellent location. Was my second stay. Lovely, friendly and relaxed environment very close to the shopping areas and the lake. Was perfect for going on walks to explore. The whole place is really well taken care of and maintained, and staff are very helpful.

Property is clean and comfortable, with lovely spaces to sit in the garden. Very central location in Lakeside and within close walking distance of shops and the lake itself. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Would definitely book again.

Our first room had Aircon but second room didn't and it was very humid. The ceiling fan was noisy and squeaked when on high setting so did not have a good sleep.

The staff are pleasant and will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The location is great and the hotel feels very homely.

The welcome was heartwarming. Great service all the time. All requests were fulfilled and personnel was very nice and considerate. The manager always checked if everything was according to wishes. The room was clean and had a balcony. Quiet area, yet close to the promenade. Small shops around. Nice outside area.

Could be more sound proof as depends on which side you stay, it can get a bit noisy from surrounded buildings. WiFi is not amazing, in case you planing to work remotely.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and the manager helped us book a tour and bus ticket in Chitwan. We had a great experience thanks to him and his team. The hotel is lovely and very comfortable and it’s located in a quiet street in the city center. The breakfast was also delicious!

Typical open shower in Nepal, you need a 4 or 5 star hotel to get an enclosed shower. Not a deal breaker just the way they do it in Nepal and India, floor did not flood as bad as other hotels.

Wonderful relaxed ambience. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. It has a fabulous, shaded garden at the front of the property which is perfect for relaxing in after a trek or a leisurely stroll along lakeside. Also great value for money.

Loved the location and close proximity to key places on our itinerary. The staff were wonderful and forthcoming with help. They helped organise our bungee jumping trip in Kushma which saved us from high transport fees.
