I didn't like that whatever facilities that they listed on the app didn't match at all... they should correct that... its false information... also the details abt the room was wayyyy off... dont put stuff you don't offer .. also we had a broken down water kettle on our room... that was put together from falling apart with duct tape

The shower could be improved. It was cold and the pressure was quite low.

This was a really nice place to relax for a couple of days! The people were really nice and the food very good, always freshly cooked. Also very close to the town but still in a very chill area.

Nothing really. It was an awesome experience.

The location was so convenient, just a km away from the main tourist attractions. The greenery of this hotel was very peaceful and calming. The rooms were clean and it also had an AC. The attached bathroom was proper as well. Tasty breakfast was served both days of our stay and for free as a loyalty scheme. The staff was good, the always smiling gentleman was always happy to help us. They also provide safari facilities to watch elephants, rhinos and other animals in the jungle and we can also watch local tharu culture. The parking is also safe and with roof for bikes. We really loved the stay here.

Although the walking tour was really fun and our guides were incredible, the price they quoted us for a 2 day walking safari was more than other companies in Sauraha. This could be because our guides were really experienced and they organised 3 meals a day for us, including accommodations for the night. I just advise that you do some research into other companies and gauge prices before making a decision. They don’t seem to have any women working at the hotel, in reception or the kitchen. I don’t know if this is a conscious decision or not, but I just found it a bit odd.

It was only 12AUD a night so I thought there would be some sort of catch, but the hotel was lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean with air conditioning and private bathrooms. There’s a really nice garden area too. The staff were accomodating and friendly. I would recommend eating at the hotel too! We would just call late in the afternoon and order what we wanted off the menu. They’d ask what time we wanted and they were always right on time - to the minute. Definitely have the Dal bhat, it was heavenly! They offer activities through the hotel like walking jungle safaris and things to do with Chitwan National park. I loved the jungle tour - I saw so many animals like rhinos, tortoises and monkeys! Please avoid all elephant rides and things to do with elephant tourism!

It takes long to get food, sometimes the breakfast is later than agreed, which is inconvenient when you have some plans. Food is just average and quite expensive on Nepal standards. So are the tours to the jungle, we went with an in town agency instead. Also, the complimentary breakfast is very inconsistent: sometimes just a small pancake, sometimes full western breakfast- but I am not complaining at this price point.

This hotel is crazy good value. Probably the best room we have had in Nepal, and the cheapest as well (except for free mountain lodges), with AC and even with breakfast. Clean on Nepalese standards. Staff is attendant and pleasant to deal with.

The service was wonderful,. At first we were unsure because the prices were really good. We weren't sure if they had everything the listed in the website but the place turned out to be actually quite nice. Quiet ambiance, good food and clean rooms with nice garden view is all you could possibly need. And the BREAKFAST!! PLEASE DO NOT MISS IT, IT'S DIVINE. On that note, I would 10/10 recommend this place for a good stay.

A nice environment! Beautiful garden, spot a lot of Birds. Very quiet, bit outside from the hustle and bustle, but just a short walk to Restaurants and River. Nice Bungalows, good matress, cleanliness ok, could be a bit better (bathroom). Hot Water 24 hours. Delicious breakfast, very tasty. Staff friendly. Organized everything, but a bit overpriced compared to some other places, but still ok (room was cheap). Free pickup from Busstation, big Plus. Thanks for everything.

Just that there wasn’t mineral water or toiletries in the room but I won’t complain because I stayed at a AC room at very cheap price!

I got the room at the very cheap rate so I have no complaints. Even at the lowest price, they didn’t compromised with our breakfast. It was really good.Staffs were well spoken! I really liked all the service. Everything else was superb

The bathroom had definitely not been cleaned after previous guests. It looked as if someone had recently used it before our arrival.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very competitive pricing. Hopefully it justifies the low maintenance of the bathrooms which we experienced during our stay. Would certainly recommend for someone looking for an overnight stay.
