Did get locked out a couple of times of the main door if coming back late, so maybe a key/lock code would work better? There was also a really pervasive smell of mothballs: I appreciate the attention to cleanliness, but it was quite overpowering and unpleasant (and things that got left in the wardrobe for a long time like clothes or bags started to take on the smell a bit). Some small "starter kit" stuff for the kitchen like a clean sponge and washing up liquid would have been appreciated.

Massive spacious apartment with plenty of bathrooms. The bedroom had very good AC that even managed to make it feel cold at night. Staff came to clean every day and were very friendly. Had a nice welcome when we arrived and there was the offer of a transfer to the airport. Good facilities for cooking and storing food, and there was a big drum of purified water for use that they topped up when necessary. Excellent location: far enough from the main strip that you don't get the noise from the bars but a short walk to the main street (also a laundry service just over the road and other small shops in the immediate vicinity). It does initially seem expensive for Nepal - but it's a decent price for Pokhara specifically, especially when you consider that you could fit 6 people very comfortably.
