We received a call a few days prior to info us this hotel was closed for winter and that our stay was transferred to their sister hotel next door, the Te Waonui Forest Retreat. We were given an "upgrade" but can't tell what the difference was. The staff were really nice and helpful and the hotel was generally comfortable and clean.”
