Weird comment re allowing cats inside the house - did not see any cats Too expensive when adding a couple of additional people - especially as they were spouses so not additional beds.

Could the house number be on the street so you know which driveway to use.

Everything we needed was at the property so it made it easy for us to self manage.Maybe some tennis rackets so we could have played tennis.

A great base to explore Martinborough from. Very hot while we were there so really enjoyed the pool. Walking distance to the village. Quiet location. Nespresso machine and coffee pods a nice touch. Good clear communication from the property manager.

everything it was perfect

the house is very comfortable and modern, it has everything you need for a nice and relaxing gateway. facilities are amazing with spa pool on the property and swimming pool and tenis court around the corner.

Lovely new villa well suited for 3 couples or 3 singles, although the open plan living would be pretty cosy for 6. It was cold and there was no heatpump as indicated in guide but we called for firewood and it was delivered reasonably quickly. Good location, clean and tidy.

The ensuite shower had mould around the bottom of the doors. The bed in the end room was too soft to sleep on. FYI Some of the white pillow slips were discoloured. We would have liked some relaxing lounge outdoor furniture. The chrome fan did not work.

I had booked according to Air BB site (& this was confirmed by email) with this description :- "This holiday home offers a hot tub. This spacious holiday home comprises 1 living room, 3 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a bath and a shower. Guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and kitchenware in the fully equipped kitchen. The holiday home also provides guests with a barbecue. The air-conditioned holiday home provides a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a seating area as well as garden views. The unit offers 3 beds." Despite looking carefully we were not able to locate the third bathroom! Given that we had chosen the property carefully for 3 couples this was a disappointment shared by us all, and myself in particular since I had organised and publicised the fact of 3 separate bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. AND - the wardrobe in the smallest bedroom was locked - hence no hanging space there.

Communal living space was excellent - well resourced and clean. Beds were comfortable & showers excellent. Location & privacy really good.

the outdoor furniture and spa were broken, some crockery was chipped. There was no scourer pad for cleaning dishes. Noisy neighbourhood streets in early hours of morning with party groups returning home and shared pool close by. Property was high end price, certainly not high end property, very disappointing.

Amenities hadn’t been refilled and stocked and most dishes had to be rewashed before use. We noticed the showers were quite dirty and drains didn’t run. Lounge door didn’t close properly and the outdoor furniture felt unsafe to sit on. Ensuite door seemed to get stuck and locked we had issues getting people out.

The spa was excellent, comfy beds.

* We were disappointed with the "fully equipped kitchen". There were only 2 wine glasses and other tableware was a bit scarce. One of the ladies who stayed ate her cereal from a pot (the only cookware there) one morning. * The middle bed was so uncomfortable that I slept on the floor instead. * The lamp in the lounge did not work. * The towels were old and of poor quality. * The toilet paper was single ply. * The front door lock was temperamental. * The pool fob was in a different place than the welcome email and welcome book said it would be. These are all small things, but added together we all agreed that this property was not value for money.
