Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe one and only thing I could think of is the conditioner was empty in the shower. This isn’t a complaint as I had my own and I’m certain if I would have called they would have had it immediately.
We needed somewhere comfortable and clean to do laundry in before we left from our 2.5 weeks trip. This was one of my favorite places we stayed because of the cleanliness, ample space in the unit, modern vibe with fun color, a separate room for the bed, and charm of the surrounding areas. It was the perfect place to end our trip and only 10-15 min to the airport. The mother/daughter owners were so kind and you can tell they take pride in what they do. They helped us when we needed a late check-in and always answered the phone. They have pears and apples planted outside along the fence for customers which was a beautiful and thoughtful touch. I would love to stay here again if I’m back in Christchurch.

The unit was absolutely great, would highly recommend, was awesome having a washing machine and dryer in the room, was also great having little extras like chocolates on arrival & having USB chargers in the wall sockets 👍👍
