only thing i could recommend is maybe a black towelrail to match bathroom mounted vertically in toilet as loo a wee bit on the low side. nothing major tho.....not a problem at all, just a thought ;)

lots of room to manuover around as 1 on crutches n 1 on zimerframe lol. modern but personal. lovvvved the setup, used the bbq and outside area too, close to shops, beach n warf highley recomnend Everything was there that you may need. super clean, beautiful linen.

Strange arrangement for parking where you have to drive across some lawn. The property has good outdoor dining facilities with large table and chairs, bar-b-que etc, but lacks privacy. A fence or screen between Anchor Watch and the neighbours would be good

A separate toilet would have been nice, but no big deal. Also it would have been nice to leave windows open when not there, but thought it best to close/lock them. Maybe it would be good to be able to have them locked and open a bit as well, but again not a big deal.

It’s not a very private space and we felt a little bit like we were in a fish bowl. Sunshade roller blinds over the large living area windows would help. It wasn’t a major though.

Lovely property and hosts. Hugely appreciated the abundance of towels available to use, brilliantly equipped kitchen, and the snacks left for us by the host. These are small things that make the world of difference to travellers! Thank you so much! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent location very close to the beach, supermarket and town centre. Would be a great place to stay with a group of people or family.

Anchor Watch was the perfect place to spend Christmas. It had everything we needed, the kitchen was well stocked and had nice touches like board games and extra towels. The location was perfect and Lorraine was very accommodating with great communication. Would highly recommend Anchor Watch.

The location was great; one minute from northern harbour estuary with views overlooking harbour. A short walk to shops and town centre. Accommodation has been tastily refurbished quite recently, was clean and had all the amenities we required.

Really lovely family home feel, great location and so nice to see the ocean. Will be nice and cool in the summer. Has everything you need with lovely bed linen, duvets and towels plus a large open plan kitchen/lounge and flow on outdoor area for summer bbq's. Wonderful accommodating owners with great communication.

Unable to keep windows open at night, as there were no security stays on the windows. There is no air extractor in the kitchen or bathroom.

It had everything anyone would need for a weekend getaway! It was so clean, light and spacious. The owners are very thoughtful and generous with great attention to detail! The location was perfect, with a fabulous park and beach around the corner and the ocean sports club a 5 mins walk, we didn’t need to go far to relax, and town was also walking distance!
