There was nowhere to place or hang clothing. Zero cupboard space or drawers. We lived out of our suitcases. The shower drain didn’t drain very well but it was okay and didn’t flood.

Easy access. Neat. Very clean. Also, we arrived 20 mins early and a friendly staff member let us into our room without us needing to wait.

Me and my family enjoyed the stay the beds were comfy the spa was really good generally a good clean place quiet area cleaners were really helpful.

The pillows were quite hard, Entrance was annoying you to go on an angle or your scrap the front of your car.

Everything was great Spa pool was good made the stay very enjoyable. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Door code was challenging we got locked out of our room, no reception but a lovely staff member helped us. No coat hangers, another mirror would have been helpful and a pouch of tobacco was left by the spa pool when we arrived.

There is a large dog on the premises. It was not dangerous but some may want to know if they have a fear of dogs.

This was a last minute booking for me but it was ideal. Clean and well maintained. Classic older property with modern decor. Has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was a little awkward but it was a last minute booking so understandable. No views but very private fenced yard, safe and secure accommodation. Despite adjoining rooms I didn't hear much from the neighbours. Well priced. I would stay again.

There were no owners/managers on site and the phone numbers did not work when we tried to ring. We were charged more than we were quoted but I could not talk to anyone about this. The access pinpads did not work very well but once we got the key cards it was OK.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and newly refurbished. The location was central and close to everything we needed. Was easy to find. The spa pool outside in the courtyard was great especially after doing the Tarawera Ultra.

Not enough cutlery Outside wasn't clean (herbs, spider web, dust) Not able to leave the window not even a little open as someone can enter the room, so always closed when jot there and when sleeping.

Modern interior, looked as if recently renovated. Really clean and comfortable with King bed and TV. Parking spot right outside the door. Great base to explore Rotorua.

Check in process was not ideal as we had to talk to someone over ring doorbell to get the check in code for our room. They didn’t explain about the correct buttons to press to get into the room and so we were locked out and had to call again through the ring doorbell again to get another code. The cleaner helped us and was very friendly. I think this is just teething problems with new ownership.

It had recently been refurbished and I think we were the first people to stay there as it still smelt like paint. This was both a positive and a negative.

Dip from road to property caught under car every entry. No face to face contact with staff. Found electric door code took several attempts each time and no instructions for card. Patio uneven with lots of weeds. Spa pool cracked although apparently okay to use. Iron available but no airer or ironing board so nowhere to hang a wet costume. No hangers or drawers so lived out of case for 5 days. Overpriced compared to other NZ accommodation we have used.

Spacious clean one bed apartment with well equipped kitchen and parking right outside.

A lovely quiet motel in a quiet area. The room was lovely and comfortable and welcoming. Everything was there that we needed. The owners were very pleasant and happy to stop and chat 🙂
