Everything was scruffy and “tired”: chipped paintwork, stuff laying around, a general neglected feel outside of the room.

Warm welcome, given fresh milk and mineral water gratis, comfy bed, safe& handy car parking. The room was ok with good windows.

Some of the small things I noticed, no weeding around the pool and gardens, you had to jiggle the door in the bathroom for it to close, the batteries in the remote didn't work. It was a pleasant stay but I may not return.

I stayed here a few years back when the place was humming and there was lots of activity going on each week for the lodge. The place was immaculate back then. It is not immaculate anymore and for someone who stays at a lot of motels, I would say that the small things really matter.

I have stayed in a number of Motels and understand that the upkeep of units can be tiring however some of the finer points in cleanliness may need to have a bit more attention, for example on entering the room the smell was an odd linger and needed a good airing or air freshener there was dust on many surfaces including plates and cups, the toilet made a funny squeaking sound when flushed, the shower was a great size but needed some jiff, the 4 plug next to the bed was filthy however I could of said something in person or just cleaned it, I'm not a pedantic person however some standards could align better with the covid precautions stated by company.

The staff were lovely, they did their best to provide a good service. Friendly and attentive to any requests I required. the complex provided a non contact policy which is good ... to a point.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. They changed our room to accommodate a difficulty with stairs due to a recent injury. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Easy access to town. Lively pool.

I wish the kitchenette was a little bigger

I liked the room I stayed in lots of space, however I wish the kitchenette was a little bigger especially staying for more than 1 night. the shower was great na bathroom was nice. bed was super comfy!

The shower was really really hard on the skin. Way too much pressure. And there was no curtains in the kitchen area so the room was really bright in the early mornings.

The bed was nice. The sheets were amazing. I liked the colours of the room and the heating is good! It was a pretty comfortable stay and the lady at reception was lovely.
