Room very small, nowhere to store things off the floor. Bedside table not big enough. No cutlery in the room and not enough cups and glasses.

the bathrooms cleanliness could of been better. especially around the toilet, it seemed like the cleaners did not clean under the seat of the toilet where there was urine on it. I was going to tell reception however I only had a day stay anyways and didn't use the toilet as much as I was out of the hotel the whole day. the body wash, shampoo and the hand wash were the same product. I also didn't like how the kettle and the coffee place were right under the closet? I had large jackets I needed to hang up which unfortunately I couldn't because it would tip over the glasses and the kettle and such.

the room we got was absolutely amazing. we had a view of the sky tower. there was also heating and air con available in the room. there was also cold water in the fridge which I think was a good bonus. we weren't bothered as much with house keeping.

Not much to complain about that can be changed. The parking situation was very unclear. I wouldn't go here for a nice romantic getaway but it worked for me and my wife for a one night concert visit.

It was simple, and had everyone you needed for a short stay. If you're someone who likes to spend as little time in your room as possible you will have absolutely no issues at this very affordable hotel.

The air-conditioning unit was not working properly and was permanently on very cold. The staff managed it very well and replaced it with Electric heater which was excellent. The staff were very polite and thorough in managing this problem.

The hotel is in a excellent location for downtown. And the room although fairly small was very adequate for a couple of nights.

The property no longer allows use of the air conditioning and I had to ask for a fan. Even with a fan it was hot in the room, and it's too noisy outside to leave the window open.

The location is fantastic. The staff are always great. The rooms are pretty minimal but have pretty much everything needed.

Limited parking spaces and very tight parking spots should be free for guests on a first-come, first-served basis. The shower head needs replacing as the water pressure was very low due to the nozzle holes being blocked.

The bed was very comfortable, and an immaculate and tidy room without bad smells. Adequate amenities are provided in the bathroom. The check-in process was smooth and quick and the staff is friendly and helpful.

There could have been more kitchen essentials- (cutlery) we were only stuck to the one teaspoon when making cups of tea and eating from things we brought from shop.

Usually some sort of fault I.e. this room had a broken window. They don't pay attention to the smaller details. This is the second time I've stayed where no spoons were provided for tea/ coffee in the room. To get a spoon was not a straightforward affair either..asked for one at 7pm and had to wait for house keeping to bring me one which took till 9pm
