Not much view of the lake. External lights should be lighted minimally so that we could get a better of the starry sky.

Great view of the mountain range. Room was well kept and maintained daily. Carpark lots were ample. Thank you staff of Kamana for keeping it splendid.

Lack of variety for breakfast. Wanted to try some plates without spice and weren’t possible. Onsen on site pools should have a special price for guests that already paid a fair price. They charge the same amount as a professional on sen pools with massage included. Not easy to move around if you don’t have a car. Must take bus to go up and down, each way 4 nz dlls.

Great views and front row room was comfortable, has all you need. Andrea at the front desk was very polite and kind.

Everything. Comfortable and clean. On the pricier end, but worth it. It's located a short 5 minute drive from the city centre but it was perfect for what we wanted. Quite and relaxing. There are some shops 1 minute walk away, must try the fish and chips, chur. Dinner @ nest was excellent, and we definitely recommend trying.

The pricing seemed a bit high compared to other stays I had in Queenstown. Although some reviews raved about the spa, my experience for an extra $119 (limited to 1 hour) was underwhelming (the view was great though, same as the dining area). The spa lacked bubbles (only one jet), and other hotels provide bath, pool and spa access as part of their standard service. On my first night, they had a function and the noise kept me awake for a while. Additionally, the distance from town and the challenge of finding parking in Queenstown were drawbacks as I opted to drive. Having said that, Kamana do offer a driver if you plan ahead and notify them.

Fine dining at Nest Restaurant was the highlight of my stay at Kamana Lake House. Their food & hospitality service are their strengths. I definitely recommend to book dinner in advance. The view from the dining area is spectacular. Their staff are really well-trained, professional, friendly and attentive, allowed to shine with their own personality. Cocktails were also great. The staff at the front desk was also outstanding. It's a well oiled machine.

Kamana Lakehouse was incredible my partner and I stayed there for 3 nights at the end of our Queenstown trip and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The staff were all so kind and it made our stay so amazing and we will definitely be back and next time for longer!

The breakfast was phenomenal (taste & preparation) but more variety would of been better. Example, more options on the menu or open buffet. It’s not what I didn’t like, it’s more of an feedback than anything.

Everything was good. The place, the people and the process put in place by management. The clean room was the highlight for us. Exceptional cleaners you have. Keep up the great work.

THE VIEWS ARE INCREDIBLE! Easy streaming to the tv. The shuttle service into queenstown was excellent. Staff super friendly and helpful. The decor and vibe of the place is great.

It was pretty amazing but if I had to pick on something -Didn’t have a smart tv - streaming services. We had a car but for those wanting to go into town, you couldn’t really walk there as it’s up and down the hill, but for us we had a car so not an issue but something to keep in mind. (I did see that they had a car shuttle for those wanting a lift in so that would solve that issue)

The hotel has a beautiful view from the restaurant access “nest”. The cocktails are top quality and the fire places are just a beautiful touch of luxury. The bathrooms are modern and clean. Parking is free and we managed to get a park every time we got back but can get a bit busy on weekend due to the restaurant so keep that in mind.

The hottub soak was quite overpriced.

Everything, like the room was so comfortable, well equiped, quiet, etc. Check in was smooth and staffs were friendly.

The only downside was not being able to book dinner due to it being fully booked but the dining area being very empty at the time we tried. There was a wedding happening that day so I assume this is why we weren’t able to eat!

This was one of the BEST places I’ve stayed. Stunning balcony views of the mountains and lake and a great location!
