The room was very well equipped for a hassle free family stay. The playground was ideal for our young children who also loved the very friendly dog.

Just a couple of observations..... I had to ask for a clothes dryer (white plastic type) as i wanted to dry our towels, to try and save unnecessary washing. One was provided, then the housekeeping swept the towels away anyway. Lack of bedside lamps....only overhead ceiling spotlights.

A spacious 2 bed unit, but not the one bed we had booked! Comfortable bed, very well equipped kitchen. Lovely modern bathroom, excellent shower and a separate toilet. Excellent WiFi Good location, quiet area. Very comfy sofa, and nice dining set. Helpful staff regarding laundry.

I object to booking for 4 adults and the bed configeration includes a bunk set. Not acceptable for adults at all.

Only one gripe was the shower - it’s a little dated and when turned on seems to run directly out the door - appeared to be positioned in the wrong place - otherwise it still did the trick of cleaning us.

The location was close yet far enough for quiet time and ease of access when we needed. All our rooms were close to one another and we all had our own private spaces to escape to. The owners and house keeping were lovely and friendly made our stay all that more enjoyable.

Turn the outside night lights off earlier.

Loved the staff super helpful and they let us in our rooms early. The kids loved the playground.

We had booked a 2 bedroom with a fold-out couch in the lounge, unfortunately that isn't what we got. The staff were very helpful and provided us with a trundle bed for my son but we ended up dragging one of the single mattresses into the lounge. So if you need the extra bed might pay to check before you arrive.

Nice, cosy, comfortable rooms and the staff were really friendly. Good location, pretty close to the main town, with a dairy a short walk away. Lovely chocolate lab who loved to come visit and play!

Great position- can go either into Nelson town or Richmond very easily. Great basic unit. Very obliging owners - gave us access to the shed to store our e bikes. 😊

No air con or heat. Room got very hot during the day. Although a great location for the beach and accessing much of the able Tasman area by car. We were on foot for a couple of days and found there to be limited places to eat in the evening. Although the smugglers was good and a short walk away. There is some air craft noise but stops over night and didn’t worry us at all

Lovely Friendly and helpful owners. Very clean and serviced daily. Good selection of teas coffee etc and fresh milk on arrival. Nice beach walk to Nelson which took us about an hour. Also serviced well by number 2 bus. Near to the airport and number 4 bus takes you straight there.

Super amazing and friendly owners. Very kid friendly with play ground and pool and a lovely dog that lives there too. Great parking, and could accommodate our trailer. rooms were comfy, clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend and we will be back to stay on our next trip to Nelson!

Bed was a bit hard but that is personal choice

Owners were very helpful with advice on where to eat. Went over and above. Also was nice to have Meg (chocolate lab) come visit and want to play ball.
