Blown light bulbs, leaking toilet, none of the cupboard doors closed properly. Needs a lick of paint and some general repairs. The Wi-Fi connection and login pages raised several flags on our anti-phishing software and generally looked dodgy.

Staff were friendly and there was free milk for coffee and tea. Off-street parking was available and the unit was very clean.

It was extremely HOT and the place didn't have a heat pump to use as a cooler. It did have a fan, which was a bit dilapidated which helped. There were no windows to keep open at night to cool the place down. A light bulb was out and needed replacing and there was quite a big stain on the lounge area carpet. And only 3 sugar sachets but I asked at reception and they gave me more.

I liked the cleanliness of the place , the bed linen and the very comfy bed. I liked it was ground floor level.

Location in relation to Blenheim town, tourist attractions and also Marlborough Wine & Food Festival. Swimming pool was a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A little bit unclean and dated. Had to re-whip a few surfaces but easily done. Wasn’t an issue!

Large room with a comfortable bed. Nice having the outdoor area and plenty of doors to open to keep the room cool on a hot day. Easy check in, friendly staff and parking right outside the unit. Opposite the pub and the supermarket, which was super handy for us. Thanks heaps!

The toilet bowl and sink area still had someone's beard hair there. Luckily it was in the toilet and in the sink. I gave it a quick swill or water and was fine after that.

I liked the location, I had a parking spot right outside my door. The staff were approachable and gave me early check in, which I wasn't expecting, a nice surprise to have a cup of tea and be out of the wind. The bed was comfy, linen was clean, there was an extra blanket which I needed. Wifi was good. The shower was hot and had good pressure. Check out was super easy just drop your key in the box.

The water pressure in the shower was not very good at all, and there was no hand rail in the shower or toilet if anyone was to need it.

It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. and the staff was very helpful. There is a Countdown supermarket and a nice café just across the road from the motel. We were in Unit 1, which had a queen-size bed in the lounge and a king-size bed in the bedroom. Which was great for us.

It's a bit basic for a 4 Star motel. The shower door sill was dirty and hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The staff almost came across as slightly grumpy.

It was nice and quiet despite the closeness to the main road. It was really handy to a cafe and Countdown. Mostly very clean - see note below.
