    On arrival there was not enough coffee tea and milk for two adults and that was the first day

    Gateway not very good, location was handy and central

    Noise - party going on next door Room was like a closet Hot no fan and front window broken so wouldn’t open for extra air No TV other than major networks Hard pillows and mattress Cheap bathroom amenities and not enough towels

    No aircon so was pretty stuffy . The light in the room was faulty even though it was turned off at the wall it kept having power serges through the night it was like a lightning flashes kept me awake . The freezer was horrible and it stunk the fridge didn't work well think it needs replacing

    Bed was comfortable the couch was nice and accomodation was in a good location , sheets were very clean and so were the towels.

    Decor a bit tired,bathroom/toilet nice and clean but tired and old fashioned.Kitchen area much the same.

    Initially a lack of clarity on who would issue tax invoice. Other wise pleasant stay

    I as a business traveller needed a Tax (GST) Invoice to enable a claim from my employer. It took a week to resolve the issuing of the Tax Invoice as theer was lack of clarity as to whether I had paid Booking.com or the Motor Inn directly. The issue was finally resolved with a bit of patience and persistence. If paying the Motor Inn directly get the Tax Invoice as it will make your life and there more pleasant.

    The accomodation was adequate although the grounds were in ned to work to repair damage, tidy up and either get pool operating or remove

    First of all the parking is so crap, secondly the light in the rooms flashes like lightning all night long, and then the fire alarm went off early hours of the morning and when reception was called the owners wife said she will come check it out but never turned up! They said the next day that it wasn’t their fault which shows their lack in taking accountability for their business when I expressed to them that I lost a ton of sleep over the fact that the fire alarm went off 4 times that night and also the fact I sat there waiting for the owners wife to follow through with what she told me on the phone about coming to have a look and that we should atleast be able to check out @ 11.30 rather than 10am and they said that it’s not their fault and the owner continued tryna enter the room while my 9yr old daughter was getting changed so obviously I’m not gonna let him enter then he rang the cops!
