No manual for washer/dryer that we could find. Due to not being able to change washer and drying time the clothes were stuck in there for 2 x wash cycle and 2x dry cycle with one wash cycle taking 6 hours!

Loved our stay at Awesomely Wakatipu - amazing, unforgettable view. Lovely quiet location. House was perfect for us and 3 teenagers, and we had a warm and comfortable stay.

Air con wasn't powerful enough so we relied on fireplace to keep the ground floor warm There is only one bathroom

The view was spectacular! The living space is quite spacious. The location was great...we loved being outside of downtown but still so close. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need for cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub! We loved making fires each night...so cosy! Thank you very much Tina and Bruce!

mattress toppers would be amazing & the deck door squeaks but seriously this house is amazing a bit far from town so $45 uber to airport. definitely need a car otherwise $15 uber to town

For both nights while we were there, I was waken up in the middle of the night by the loud noise, the first night was by the loud disco music from the house about 20 meter away obove, the 2nd night was by the party noice from the unit downstairs. I understand that this kind of unexpected things is out of landlord's control, but I think the house is not very sound-proof, otherwise I shouldnot be waken up by loud music from a house 20 meters away from us. The first night I called noise control, half an hour later the noice was still there, I called them again, and was told that their staff was out for other things, would check the noise problem for me soon as they can. I woke up around 1:30am that night, couldn't go back to bed until 3am. Very exhausted the next morning. The 2nd night I actually tried my luck and contacted the landlord when I woke up in the middle of the night. I didn't expect the landlord would respond until the next morning, but he did, and he solve the problem very quickly in about 10 minutes. I was very impressed, I wonder whether the landlord sleeps during the night?

It has everything we need, feel like a home away from home. The landlord is very nice.

Just a little downfall was the spa not being available but other than that it was beautiful.

Loved everything about it! From the beautiful deck/lounge/kitchen view to the spacious lounge & dinning area and bench to the comfortable rooms. Beautiful location minutes away from town.

A bit tired, and needing maintenance in some regards. Heater on the wall in bedroom was falling off, heater on the floor needed it's leg reattached. Difficult to use the aircon unit. No dishcloth provided. Bathroom was locked when we arrived, and needed cleaners to return to unlock. Needed to cart own firewood, after reluctant permission granted to use the fireplace.

There is a heatpump and a fire place. The heatpump is not efficient enough in cold weather. The fire place can be used only if you buy your own firewood and know how to use it. There is a small heater in the lounge but not helpful combined with the heatpump.

Good amount of whiteware and cutlery. Space is good for 6 people if two can sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge. The property managers are responsive to texts and calls.
