The suite badly needed refurbishing. It is old and not very clean. The drapes were thin which let the light in from the outside lights. The shower is very small .

It was a big room with a comfortable bed. There was a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Thin walls - Could hear people in room next door very clearly having half hour phone call at 4 in the morning! No one on Site to assist.

There was no-one on reception, seemingly at any stage. I had to ring him offsite and get him to come down when I needed him.

I very much liked that the room had a heat pump, and a washing machine and dryer in the unit. They were very much appreciated.

Nothing really. There were a couple of items missing from our room when we arrived, but this was quickly rectified when we spoke to the manager.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and well fitted out. It is across the road from supermarkets, restaurants and cafes, petrol etc. It is any easy 30 minute walk into the city. The manager, John, was very helpful when we needed something.

This feels like it was living off past glories. The rooms are tired and poorly maintained. The units would benefit from coat hangers in the wardrobes, fresh pillows, chairs that didn’t have tears in them. Ideally the units should have double glazing, each morning the windows were covered in condensation. The heat pump would be temperamental and would either blast loads of hot air or stop. The reception wasn’t staffed when open. When the power stopped working the staff had no idea how to resolve.

This is in a great location, with great facilities, excellent Wi-Fi and a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. We had a unit at the back and there was little traffic noise. The kitchen is a good size and comes with everything you need for a meal. It’s close to a supermarket and an easy walk into town. It’s also on a bus route if you want public transport. Each unit has a parking space.

The beds weren't very comfy and the pillows were terrible. Would have liked either a second or third pillow or for them to be fluffier. The water pressure in the shower was good however the heat would randomly turn cold without touching the nozzle. Finally the rooms were cold, the heat pump didn't seem to pump out much heat. If it wasn't for the electric blankets it would have been unbearable

Very clean, tidy room. Parking right outside. Warm room,with comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless and equipped with a small spa bath and shower;full size wagging machine and dryer for laundry. Conveniently located near the central city, with a supermarket, petrol station and a number of restaurants in the immediate area.
