Great little motel. Exceeded expectations. The location was perfect and was nice to have an end unit with own patio outdoor area. The motel looked like it had a recent paint job and everything looked fresh, clean and really inviting. Bed was surprisingly very comfortable and the bathroom was nice too. I didn't mind the bathroom being smaller compared to the rest of the room as the shower was a decent size. Bonus points for the consideration of supplying nice in shower body wash and makeup remover towelette and shower cap- sometimes little things like that make a huge difference to stay and its appreciated.

Great motel with all the amenities we required and close to everything else we needed. Staff are always incredibly friendly and accommodating. Would not stay anywhere else in the Mount.

All the units face the parking area, so I was careful to draw the blinds for some privacy when other guests were outside.

The room was very clean and quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette was well-equipped. The location was good for my purposes. The Owners and staff were so accommodating. I enjoyed my stay and plan to stay there again when I go back in about 2 weeks.

I did find some food in a small cupboard under the cutlery cupboard from previous guests but I just put it in the rubbish bin. That cupboard will have to be checked in future.

I didn't order a breakfast. The location was great for where I was going and a New World across the road.

This motel is pretty basic, but the facilities are fine, and as expected. The real bonus here is the attitude of the youg(ish) owners who seem to do all the work themselves with good humour and efficiency. I'd cheerfully stay here again

There was no power socket next to my bed so I had to place my phone of charge across the room.

I travel monthly for business and was impressed with the cleanliness of the property, It was the cleanest properties I've stayed at in the past 2 years, especially the bathroom.

The room is comfortable and clean. The bed was fine. TV and Wi-Fi generally working fine too, including some sreaming. Location is great. Close to the beach and a short drive to Mount Maunganui, although we even walked there. Parking in front of room. Was our second stay here, so happy customers :)

Distinct musty smell in bedroom - suspect leak in roof which considering the downfalls that happened just prior to our visit is not surprising.

Recommend staying here, central to everything, New world across the road, close to the beach. Cooking facilities in room and has an outdoor area, very clean and comfy, awesome customer service, owners are good people!

Everything was great

Great quiet location with easy parking and really close to the local supermarket and shops. Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and room was so quiet. In the morning I was informed that some roads had been flooded and was given the best alternative route to get back to Auckland. This demonstrated a very caring and responsible host.
