Nothing - but the only hiccup was that we didnt get the right room we booked for our group but it was resolved the next day - it did mean that one of our team members slept on the couch.

Passageways need better ventilation. Windows and window frames in room need cleaning.

The shower door did not close properly and the bathroom was a bit tired looking. The wi-fi for TV was not good as it the tv kept on freezing.

Out of the two beds, one was super soft and the other one very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs hitting my back. The wear and tear of the hotel was showing but overall it was not too bad.

I liked location of the hotel. Cleanliness. The room was of good size. Clear instructions were given as to where we could find the key since we were unable to make it at our ETA.

perfect room for our group of 3 for the night with 3 comfortable king singles. Clean, tidy and in good repair. Great choice of TV watching options and basic but sufficient tea/coffee making facilities.

The carpets were a little run down with stains. Reception was unattended so had to wait for over 10minutes until someone arrived to check me in, we also had to wait 2 hours for our 2nd room to be cleaned (but they were short-staffed). Not as welcoming on reception as they could be. Hotel laundry being done (and spread out) in the same space as the shared kitchen facilities. Lovely hotel rooms but reception and shared spaces do need a little TLC.

The rooms were spacious and for the most part clean (had an old water stain where fridge was). Good value for money. Lots of car spaces. There was a lingering smell from the restaurant in the reception area and corridors but the rooms were pleasant. Excellent location - handy to town and motorways.

Common areas and bathroom facilities were not very clean, pretty gross actually. Avoid the men's toilet in the reception area unless you like dirty places. Reception could not find booking initially, bit chaotic. Could not check-in at the allocated time because the room wasn't ready yet. The restaurant next door gave a permanent food and cooking smell in the reception room. Kitchen equipment in the apartment was quite random: odd sized mugs, some missing forks, different plates and sizes, hobs definitely seen better times, no dishwashing sponge. Bathroom light not working. Shower head frame loose. Carpet floor was old and stained. Appartment had seen better times, but still liveable.

Room was spacious, comfy bed, very large sized TV. Good location. Allowed to leave luggage till check-in and after check-out.

Staff at front desk weren’t very friendly or welcoming. Had a strange selection of mugs/glasses (2 mugs and 1 glass for triple room) but they let us help ourself to a kitchen with a few odd glasses there.

Great location, simple hotel room which was all we needed, beds were comfortable and check in was simple.

Shower door could open up outwards (as it opened inwards) to get in easier and some cutlery and plates - as we did our own toast for breakfast with toaster.

Clean and comfortable. Very close to Newmarket shops and services and close to private hospitals. Good value for money.

The apartment was quiet, nice comfy bed and pillow, loved the ambience of greenery/trees surrounded the apartment looking out through the windows with morning coffee. Parking also was important with my travel.

Basically very little communication from staff. Very little English known. Information sheet was in Chinese an enquired about an English copy. No they don’t do that. Carpets throughout are filthy, lots of stains everywhere

Location was great. Close to public transport. Close to shops. Great size room, very dark and quiet of a night. Good night sleep was had. For the price we paid I was happy.
