Only 2 towels for 6 people on arrival. When i phoned more towels were delivered very quickly.

Location was great. Room sizes excellent. Plenty of room to spread out.

The key lock on the front door cannot be read in sunshine - very difficult getting in. The spa was set a bit low and hard to get warmer - !04 deg F is about 40 Deg C - this was set to 100 Deg F

We were there for 3 weeks so a soft broom, mop & bucket would be useful. Also just to make you aware the oven door does not close properly and loses a lot of heat. A good addition would be comfortable outside chairs.

The house met all of our expectations. It was well laid out and of a high standard. Location was great just on the edge of town but close enough to walk into the centre.

The spa was lovely but the spa lid didn't lock and the gate to the spa didn't close & lock either.

Perfect location on the edge of town with a lovely rural outlook but within very easy walking distance to the main square. This is the second time we have stayed at the property and would definitely stay here again.

The heater in the main bedroom stopped working the night of our arrival so I reported this the next day. The heat pump in the main area was very efficient.

The property was modern, well located, clean and comfortable. The spa pool was wonderful too.

Small thing but would be good for housekeeping to restock staples like baking paper and olive oil.

Spacious, comfortable, clean, modern house. Well equipped kitchen. Outdoor hot tub was great. Quiet area, short walk into town and easy access by car or bike to wineries (or some in walking distance). A great base for Martinborough, would stay again.

Was a little hot in the bedrooms as the air conditioner primarily serviced the lounge, kitchen and dining room. Portable fans in the bedrooms may have helped.

Need a bread knife & steps for the Spa pool. Would be good to have a chrome cast & get TV on demand. No idea how to get my Netflix set up on TV.

The house looks nearly brand new, well set up kitchen and bathrooms, great heat pump kept it cosy and warm, and the spa pool was amazing

The Property Managers did not email instructions on how to access the property. When I called in the morning I was given the code but not told you had to put your hand over the key pad before you enter the code. It took over 10 mins to get in and I had to call the property manager out. The key pad was badly scratched making numbers difficult to see.

The kitchen lacked platters, a large board for slicing up a beef fillet, etc. BBQ was a little tired and would have been good to have a spare gas bottle for it in case we ran out of gas.

The property managers have let the owners down . We booked as doing cycle weekend - Saturday after ride found the spa not turned on & cold , water cloudy :( The house accommodates 6 we booked for 4 to find 3 wine glasses not what you expect at $580 per night No garage or shed to lock ebikes in
