Was sufficient for what we needed. Only downside was no outside light as we could discover. Grounds etc. were spacious. We would stay again.

My only disappointment is that the pool was not usable, cold and not particularly clean looking and your whole business is let down by your untidy grounds. Weeds everywhere. Just showed general neglect all round which is a shame as the setting on the lakeside is beautiful. Had I not booked online and had just driven in on a whim, I probably wouldn't have stayed there as the place looked so neglected.

Your cleaning staff were just lovely, they are a credit to your business. Very friend, helpful and approachable. They do a great job of the rooms.

The bed probably could use a new mattress and some smaller pillows would have be helpful.

Room was clean and well equiped for our overnight stay. TV and internet worked fine. Pans and utensils were available for cooking if one wanted.

The bed was uncomfortable particularly because of the presence of the electric blanket cable connector located on the top of the blanket in the top left-hand corner. The only item missing from the cutlery was a pair of scissors required to open the milk carton.

The room was very neat and comfortable (except for the bed), well appointed with fittings and furniture and had a clean and spacious bathroom. Having access to Netflex was an additional bonus.

There is a note warning for the troutflies trying to enter your room when sun sets. Maybe good to emphasise at check in as they got active early and we needed to spray them out. Spray was in the cupboard. We should have closed the door earlier.

Good beds, nice location near the lake, helpfull staff. Definitely booking again when in Rororua

There was no one on reception when we arrived at around 5.30pm despite saying it was open till 9pm. The door was locked. The next day no one was on reception again when I wanted to buy some washing powder. The children’s play area and pool are a little run down.

We loved the location by the lake. The property was very clean and comfortable. A peaceful location not far from supermarkets and the main attractions of Rotorua.

When we arrived at 4 pm, we went to the reception to check-in, but no one was there. We rang the bell, which we were supposed to do, but no answer. After 20 mins waiting around, a guy came out, probably sleeping, and asked us our name and ID, and gave us a key and told us our room was right there. No apology, no explanation of the facility, nothing. We had to ask other guests how to check-out early morning and also, they told us about the bugs problem at night. If we didn't know that, our room would have been covered with the bugs!

The location was nice, right in front of the lake. We didin't have a lake view from the room, but we could just go outside. Big queen-sized beds and a kitchen. Very comfortable.

The pool could have been cleaner and the play area needs to be fixed. The swings, etc. are all run down. New equipment should be installed.

Couple of small maintenance issue that where quick fixes, the grounds need a good tidy up. Rooms need better separation on decks for better privacy as neighbor just kept walking straight past our unit with their kids and pairing into room.

Inside the room was good, couple of minor issue man hole not covered(stood on chair and found cover to put in place) toilet seat loose, This Motel has potentially recently changed hands as the ground need a lot of work but the rooms where clean and tidy with good facilities.

The Little swimming pool looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time and same for the hot tub which was a shame as would have been great to use either or both in the good weather . The whole open area and lawn in centre just looked scruffy .

Good location at lakeside about 4 miles out of centre near the Airport . Helpful staff . Clean and comfortable accommodation in cabins at reasonable price . The complex is a bit dated and could be benefit from a refresh . Particularity the leasure facilities.
