The house was not cheap and the place needs a make-over. It's getting tired and the downstairs bathroom was in need of a spruce up. Bedrooms on the main floor are cramped.

The house was spacious and provided what we needed. Kitchen had plenty of room and nice big fridge was good. Location was pretty handy to the township.

The decor is a little dated but didn't effect our stay at all.

The location was really good. Perfect position to easily walk into town. Close to all the facilities. The house was very spacious for 5 adults. Exceptionally clean. House was easy to warm up and plenty of hot water.

No top sheet on the beds, just the duvet, (as kiwis we are used to a top sheet) No block out curtains in the bedrooms

The place was very cold, there as no curtains in the lounge and dining room. When we lit the fire the fumes from the paint on the flue were over powering. Nowhere did it say we could not light it .

The beds were so comfortable and the cleanliness was exceptional. Great water pressure and facilities were great.

minimal glassware and crockery (far fewer than in pictures) and very tired/dated decor, damage to walls etc. has a huge amount of potential with some cosmetic touch ups and new furniture etc. however, all of this could be seen from the photos so we knew what we were getting into :)

location was exceptional, beds v comfy and communication from manager was great. they also gave us a bottle of bubbles for NYE which was very thoughtful!

WE didn't realize that the house was down a steep driveway. We are seniors and had a hard time taking our luggage down the driveway from the road to the front door. Luckily there were two bedrooms on the first floor . the stairs to the top floor was very steep. It was an older house and cold for us..

It was grubby. No teaspoons. Wiring not up to standard. Dining room light had visible wiring. Poor dirty bathrooms. Shower curtain too long covered the drain. No detergent for the dishwasher. Multi box in the bedroom really dodgy went off and on when touched.

The location of the property was fantastic, a quick 2 minute walk down into town. The house was quirky and unique. We loved the coloured walls and artwork. Definitely a bit of an older house, however it had such a good charm.

Property is walking distance to the city center and main attractions, which made our lives much easier not having to get the car around. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and having 2 bathrooms was really good too

Some windows need upgrade / fixing gaps. Other parts would look amazing with some refurbishments, nut nothing critical.

Communication was easy. Jie was super responsive. The house is in a quiet area incredibly close to the town centre and all other key activities! The home is spacious and has everything you need for an amazing stay - we'll def consider it next time in town.

The facilities were below average. The add stated it was noise proof, it most certainly is not. Roadworks on the street were inconvenient and noisy. Stair case hand rail were loose. The plug in kitchen had a hole in it. Couldn’t fill sink. The spa upstairs had no plug so couldn’t use. The property is very run down and has been covered up by a very average paint job. For almost $1000 a night it is definitely not worth the cost.

Overall very overpriced and it feels as a rip off to us. Bathroom and kitchen needs renovation. With 6 people staying you can't take a shower after 3 people had theirs because of a shortage of hot water. Also the shower overfloods and carpet gets wet. It's not a problem, but then you would at least expect A. renovate/ fix these problems or B. ask a reasonable price. We paid too much (1490nzd a night) for what it was worth. Stayed in better places for much cheaper. Left a bitter aftertaste.

Great location with private parking and very friendly owner who replies quickly. There were wine and snacks with check in and we could use the parking after check out which was very nice.

The place needs a renovation especially the bathrooms and kitchen. It's an old building Could be cleaner especially kitchen. The front porch is covered by trees and downhill. Road works were a pain, generator noise from 7/8am , only to stop on our checkout. Upstairs attic bedroom gets hot in summer, no aircon there.

The location was walking distance to the town centre. Lots of great restaurants and bars plus 5mins to The Gondola. Mountain Views from windows. Comfortable beds and pillows, and good quality bedding.

Stairs to top floor could have used hand rails all the way up as was a bit dangerous for the last 3 or 4 steps especially for older ladies. The stairs to the laundry needs a hand rail for the second level of stairs, once again quite dangerous for older people.

Location was great, just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The house was well presented and clean with lots of cooking utensils and crockery. Fireplace was great but didn't really heat up the downstairs area, plenty of wood provided for fireplace. Great views from the dining table and lounge area. Washing machine and dryer were provided, easy to use. Heaters in each bedroom was a bonus as was the heater in the bathroom (downstairs). Overall this house was great and provided everything we needed for a wonderful time in Queenstown.
