No dishwasher, especially in a post-covid world where you don't know who stayed there before you and how well they cleaned their dishes. We didn't realise there was an electric blanket on our bed until we left because the control was hidden. Not sure if there were electric blankets on all the beds or not. It would be good to have the WiFi password in the instructions. Luckily we had a young person with us to find out on the back of the modem and help us connect. We had an elderly person with us. He found it really hard to get to the house after dinner, especially since it's uneven ground. We used a phone torch so he could walk up the path.

The house was absolutely fantastic. The location is brilliant, really close to town. The house is homely. It's showing some signs of wear but still a sweet wee place. We loved that there were Queen beds in all 3 rooms. Communication was really good. Positives definitely outweigh the negatives and would happily recommend.

We loved the house. Had everything we needed. Very clean and beautiful. Close walk to town and back. The beds were very comfortable. Lovely big fireplace that heated the house quickly. Had a chromecast that lets us connect to the tv from our phones. The backyard even had an apple tree and grapes. Would 100% come back to stay and recommend to others.

Couldn't find it . No name on the outside. Number hidden by overgrown vine. Didn't receive message with lock details until we had walked up the hill to the furthest accommodation and asked them where it was. Tourist info centre at conservation office didn't know the name until they googled it

The place is dark and gloomy even with all the windows and doors open. It was hot so we needed everything open but that meant there is NO security. The bed room doors open to the front veranda which is quite open to the very busy street. During the night it was either be hot and close the doors or open them up to the people walking past all night (yes there were heaps to people walking past!!). The house needed a good thorough clean. We put sheets on the couches as they smelt bad and washed all the cushions as they smelt terrible. Under the couch cushions we found a can of soft drink and wrappers, food etc. This place was not good value for the amount we paid.

The host Christie was AMAZING!! She had a terrible experience with the last tenants and worked many extra hours to get the place ready for us. She went above and beyond. Location was excellent!! So convenient. We were able to just walk into town and not worry about parking. Easy to find. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. Living space was roomy so we could spread out and find our own space. Jigsaws, books, places to visit ideas, TV options / videos great.

just needs a little updating, wallpapers are peeling off the wall. need one more toilet and bath if to be rented for 6 people(there was only 1 t/b), provide another mirror outside so people could get out of the bathroom and let others use it asap.

Didn't see any obvious problem during the stay.

The location is great. It only take 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the main street of Queenstown. Very nice host, had some nice communication and got some very clear instructions about check in/out. Very powerful heater to make the property keep warm. Have all the necessary facilities such as fridge, coffe machine, TV, and washing machine, etc. Children friendly, have toys boxes which make children also have a great time to stay there.

We didn't actually discuss anything we didn't like but for me I would have liked a mirror in one of the rooms at least, so that when the bathroom was in use you could dry your hair and do your make-up.

We loved the closeness to Queenstown and easy access to Coaches etc. It was an easy walk no hills.

I think it’s great for group of 4 (or less), there were 5 of us with a toddler and it feels a bit packed when all of us were in the lounge. Would be nice to have a dishwasher, helpful for visitors wanting to cook and eat at home instead of eating out. Lights are a bit dim for me, would be great to have brighter lights too.

Do not fall for the promotional pictures as the property is way too old. Gives you the sense of unhygienic environment and our entire family got infected by scabbies. Not recommended at all.
