We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We both think that the Coachman hotel just needs a good cleaning as everything outside is dirty. Inside is getting very tired and needs a revamp, Otherwise we love the place. Bed comfortable.

New ZealandNo handrails on stairways to hold onto going up the stairs when people do not like using lifts, plus some carpets going up the stairs had rips in them, not maintained.
our room number 310 let us down for the price we paid as handbasin cold water only dribbled out with no pressure, filled the spa bath and the pump never worked so drained hundreds of litres of water down drain, so got dressed and went downstairs to reception and let them know that this room has not been maintained and not happy. They gave us a small refund for faulty room. Our comments should not reflect badly on the rest of the hotel as breakfast room etc was fine and we never looked around the whole property.

United KingdomNo activities around the hotel and a long walk into town. The hotel is in need of a refurbishment which is planned for 2025 so most of the furniture and carpets looked very worn and tired The hotel has new owners so we wait to see how it turns out

New ZealandThe menu for room service suggests you phone a four-digit number, hard to do when there is no phone in the room. Had to use the cell phone to phone the external line back to reception and then forwarded to room service. The bathroom wasn't very clean, the was black mould.

We literally just slept there so didn’t get to have the full experience available but had a comfortable sleep and had what we needed. Beautiful place.
