Overpriced. View from the room wasn’t great, have been to better places for half the price Room didn’t have basic facilities like microwave so people can heat up takeaway or make their own coffee in the morning. Breakfast buffet was average as well. Can’t control the aircon temperature.

Check-in was poor - only one person on the desk and they were on the phone for ages before attending to any of the new arrivals Corridors are long and tortuous - not easy to find one's way around. Plans might be good Couldn't believe my eyes to see an over-bath shower - how very dated Hand basin in bathroom was extensively cracked

Bed was comfortable. Location was good. Room was quiet. 'Drive through' was convenient for pick-up. Shower pressure excellent. Hot water plentiful. Check-out was fine

Hotel location is on top of a hill. Long climb from town. Room was not properly cleaned. Bed was made but plates left in room, cups not replaced, pillows on the floor. This is what you expect at a 150 dollar hotel or a hourly hotel.

Even if they are standard practice, the credit/debit card surcharges were unwelcome as was the thirty dollar charge for each breakfast...a significant financial blow on top of already considerable nightly room rates. My section of the hotel had no elevator access unless I climbed some stairs, including with heavy luggage when I checked out.

Located just a short walking distance from most main Queenstown attractions and facilities. Room was quite large and had an excellent scenic view of the lake and mountains. Easy entry and exit to the block I was staying in via a secure side entrance. Breakfast began early at 6am.

The food served at dinner was definitely below standard. We mentioned it to our serving staff who were very apologetic. The soup on one occasion was tasteless and clearly had not been checked for taste and one main course was over cooked and stuck together. Very poor.

The property was very good in terms of room, public spaces, staff and location.

The layout was quite confusing and directions given by reception staff led us on a bit of a wild goose chase to find our room. There was no air conditioning which would have been nice. The internet connection was terrible. It wasn’t a bad hotel but it was the most expensive place we stayed over a 2 week travel in NZ and we definitely stayed in much nicer places for less money.

The location and view was lovely. Room was a good size and relatively comfortable. Parking was reasonably priced.

There was nothing that we did not like about the hotel.

Location: Right on the lake and you can see lake and mountains from the window when you wake up. It is 250 meters from the hustle and bustle of the town. Staff: Very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Cleanliness: It is relatively a clean hotel. Everything worked and did not have to call for repair or maintenance. Breakfast: Little pricey but good.

The lifts to get around the complex were so confusing. We got lost several times.

Windows in room were quite dirty bird poo on them was hard to see the view well unless stepped outside. Was a little disappointed to have to pay an extra $15 pernight for onsite parking ontop of the price for the room when the price of the room was already a substantial price. Room was smaller than I thought it was going to be.
