Staff for Dinner didn't seem happy and we're a bit grumpy when we asked if we could order. We got asked if we were residents at the Hotel. Wish I had known that when Booking the Breakfast didn't come with the hot food. Wish I had an option to upgrade to the hot food as well as everyone around us was eating it too.

Location was really beautiful. 10 mins form the city. My check in and check out staff were really lovely and sweet always had a smile on their face. Room was lovely was cleaned everyday. The benefit program was amazing. Saved money on food which was great

No lighting in the car park - was pitch black just after 6pm.

The bowling alley was a nice surprise. Nice location. Nice and quiet.

Facility in the room need to update, especially the bathroom and toilet.

The location is good. Parking is good. Staff is nice.

shower over the bath. There was no remote for the TV and then the staff had trouble getting the TV to actually work. A lot of condensation in the windows. Our room was a long way from the main entrance. Could do with having access to the exit doors from the outside rather than having to go back through the lobby.

Being 10 mins out of the main Queenstown CBD was a bonus in an alpine setting. Nice and quiet and handy to Coronet Peak and to Arrowtown. Facilities were of a good standard and 10-pin bowling was fun.

Automatically charged more money than was written in the booking as the finish price - plus 3%. Nothing was written about that in the booking.

everything could be a little better. the 1980s called and want their hotel back. - (there appeared to be some earth moving equipment on site so it looked like things were changing. )

convenience. nicest touch was the coffee machine in the room. surprisingly not alot of hotels in NZ had this. everyone was trying to be helpful, though we weren't allowed to go bowling which was a bit odd. Room size was generous.

Comfortable and adequate hotel accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. we liked the location, 10 minutes from Queenstown and 15 minutes from Arrowtown, Lake Hayes and Frankton. Superclose to Coronet Peak ski area. Good pub and gin tasting across the road.

Our toilet seat was broken and not repaired . A minor inconvenience.

Breakfast was much easier this time instead of s box with dry bread you were able to have breakfast in the dining room and make toast. Would have been better if it had gone on until 10 when you are on holiday you don’t alway want to have breakfast before 9. Great beds I was pleased to get a room with a double bed instead of three single beds. Nice to be down stairs this time too not so hard to carry your bags thank you so much

No real coffee at breakfast (only sachets of instant coffee), awful smell, communal spaces in terrible condition. More care needed when making up the beds - they had put a single flat sheet horizontally on our Queen bed, which meant only half the mattress protector was actually covered.

The in built heater is quite loud. It didn't bother me, but it could affect some people who are a bit sensitive or struggle with sleep.
