Beautiful setting and a lovely property. Very clean, and comfortable, with great facilities. The property owner was welcoming and very helpful and responsive.

Thanks to Garth who welcomed us. We were in a lovely place, a little paradise. The garden is just magic and at the end of it a view on The bay. Waking up in such conditions is just a priviledge. Bed is extra, lot of space and kitchen full equipped. Garth gave us plenty of tips especially for the Waitangi Day held on february 6th each year, so we made exceptional pictures Thanks again, and of course we recommand this place.

The number of steps up yo the tree house were more than we had anticipated . Also we didn’t like the apartment being entered by the host when we were not there.

This was one of the most expensive places we stayed I thought maybe at least some milk could be provided It was a lovely idea having a house in the trees but a lot of insect life such as mosquitoes meant you could not sit on the balcony or have the doors open onto the balcony

A beautiful, quiet garden setting, with everything about the accommodation so thoughtfully provided for. A very comfortable room and well equipped kitchen. Hosts Anne and Garth were welcoming and helpful. A bird watcher's paradise.

Easy to find, great location, lots of privacy, beautiful garden, and pretty much within walking distance to the main town centre and ferries. Super well equipped if you choose to cook your own food and a great host.

The road up to the property from the main road is exceptionally steep so we always drove up. Apart from the blind by the bed there were no curtains to block out the early morning light.

Good position with view of sea and lovely garden. Room was very well equipped. We stayed for 5 nights but would have loved to stay longer.

We heartily recommend the garden suite at Craicor Boutique Appartments due to the hosts’ attention to detail and their willingness to go the extra mile without being asked. It was wonderful to arrive to a snug suite with warmed towels, having been delayed on our day of arrival. The garden suite is well appointed, including some practical and pleasant extras, which I’ll leave as a surprise. The secluded garden is charming, offering displays of colour, various quirky points of interest, plenty of birdlife and somewhere to sit in contemplation, as well as glimpses of the bay below. Was at the top of a very steep hill (which provided excellent views) but after one walk up we took the car for the rest of the stay. Not really a negative.

A lovely cosy studio apartment with a deck overlooking a stunningly beautiful garden full of spring flowers which we were allowed to pick to put in the room. Taking the washing inside on a rainy day while we were out exploring was much appreciated. Owner was very chatty and friendly and we felt very welcome. Thank you

Amazing property, so well taken care of, such a clever and beautiful apartment that has everything you could dream of. You can hear the birds sing, your windows can be kept open at night thanks to the mosquito nets. So quiet and relaxing! Beautiful view of the bay and just a 7 min walk away from the beach. Great lovely hosts. Wow, what a stay!!
