Restaurant was not open this night. No elevator had to walk up and down stairs with suitcases very strange.

Heating could have been warmer though we were offered an additional heater by staff. An extra towel for when your room is not being serviced and maybe a couple of extra coffee pods.

Small details in room that need TLC, but I am assuming this will be sorted in the refurb. Not great sound proofing. Wifi was not great (considering there is very little reception this got a little frustrating).

Older style but well taken care of. Was great value for money. Views were stunning and pool facilities were great. Can’t wait to see the refurb in September! Bus is also very handy!

If I was to stay here again, I would definitely select the mountain view rooms with balcony.

Staff were very friendly, location was perfect with the activities that we had booked Great facilities. We were also given a free bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary.

The room had all kinds of unfixed minor defects, like cupboards that were broken, ranchslider that needed adjustment to open, minifridge that needed upgrade, made a heck of a racket, a mug that had many chips on the rim. Very poor soundproofing, and the entry door had a big gap underneath that lit up the room, had to block with a rolled up towel.

Absolutely amazing views from balcony. Bed was comfy.

Great location with a bus stop outside. Comfortable, large room. The river view was exceptional. Eateries within walking distance was useful.

No drying room for wet walking clothing/ boots etc and dinner menu in our room said dinner was served thurs- sat evenings so we were ready to eat at hotel on Thurs night hen we're told only Friday and Saturday so we had to go out in pouring rain to find a meal.

A bit aged but lovely still. Old world charm, just a shame the bar and restaurant weren’t open for dinner.

Large room, was upgraded to a river view. Definitely would book river view next time - totally worth it. Great balcony with views of the mountains, Shotover River and jetboats. Staff were exceptionally friendly and offered to get us wine even though the bar wasn’t open.

The Bathroom is in need of repairs, very run down with lots of shower mould.

When we arrived, we received a room upgrade from garden view to river view. The view was beautiful. Thankyou to Nugget Point for the upgrade. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

What I didn’t like or I would change, was put some cover over outside spa, because I cleaned it before we used it. And also I found a few cobwebs.

Location was great. We chose room with private outside spa with view to mountains and river. It was amazing and romantic. Also room was big enough, with everything what we needed. Big bathroom with bathtub, shower, bathrobes.

Restaurant not open during week and nearby restaurants didn't have a range of meals. Glass Shower door banged on toilet if not held as you opened it. Rather dangerous. Room fridge noisy all night.

The location, very comfy rooms, helpful service and a complimentary bottle of bubbles for our anniversary!!
