Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Beautiful rooms and a comfortable bed. Staff were attentive to our needs and helpful. Location is central to the octagon.

Would have loved a mug rather than a tiny cup! Not enough milk (only given 4x tiny capsules0. We would have liked a little box of milk instead.

New ZealandRoom had no soundproofing on the windows, we were on the 2nd floor and being the weekend the street noise at night was very loud, could clearly hear people on the street and lots of car noise, there was also a music venue across the road and the music/bass was so so loud up until midnight. Also when booking a classic room just keep in mind they are very small.
The staff were very friendly, hotel was very clean and great location.

New ZealandVery noisy, walls are very thin or have little insulation between them as you can hear everything happening in the room next door. The windows are single glazed and it is very noisy. The curtain seem too not fit the width of the room completely and there are large gaps making it very bright. This did not bother us but may bother others. The noise from the next room was pretty bad.
The hotel is beautiful and really nicely renovated. The food was amazing.
