Very unique place to spend a night. It is enchanted indeed. It was such a delight to stay there. Attention was paid to every detail. Our host Lisa was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing.... Picton can get busy at times with Cruise arrivals....!

Overnight stop only awaiting Ferry and rental car drop Cosy character property....with welcoming hosts Lisa and Andy......very helpful... About 15-20min walk from Picton centre. Nearest restaurant/ pub was the Crow Tavern. (Good value pub grub and great beers) Liked Picton, quiet small but with good choice of bars and restaurants....and good base for some great walks. Good value B + B for Ferry terminal or local walking.

We only had one night there. Doing the queen charlotte and missed out on booking a night when we finished our walk. Couldnt fault the place at all

I loved this place. Lovely couple who shared a beautiful space. It was just fantastic. So pretty and so just right. We needed a break in time and this wonderful spot provided that in buckets. So close yet so far from town and any noise. Just bliss

There was not enough milk for tea in the evening, coffee in the morning, AND cereal .

We enjoyed the space provided with outdoor living and little Irish Den. The room was lovely.. They also gave us off-street parking for our bike..

Lisa & Andy were consummate hosts; friendly, informative and a pleasure to talk to. We booked the Enchanted Escape because we wanted a single night after arriving from on the ferry from Wellington - and what a good choice! You walk through the gate and everything expands around you - the apartment is compact but beautifully organised and we had access to a splendid outside area and our own bar! Like most guests before us, we wished we’d booked for longer…

Shower it a little small and aircon would have been preferred but there was a fan at least.

The staff were incredibly hospitable and even offered to pick us up because we had transport issues. The room was super cute and we had access to a private self serve bar.

We loved everything about this place! The room was beautifully decorated and felt very homely and welcoming. The hot tub was amazing and we loved the range of outdoor seating in the garden. So much attention to detail in everything and would 100% recommend.

Lisa was tremendous helpful finding a garage to repair a flat tyre and driving up and down Picton for us. She also even picked lovely flowers for my wife’s birthday!

There is nothing bad to say about this place. Lisa is such an amazing host and was so accommodating when our ferry was cancelled. The room itself was perfect, with everything you need and more. So many small details really made our stay so special. I wish we had more time to stay to spend in the bar because it is really awesome! I could not recommend this accommodation any more!

Only thing letting it down was a noisy shower, but Lisa explained it was to be fixed. Also, not being able to lock our room door was offputting for safety and security reasons, especially with more guests arriving.

The room was so cute and cozy We Loved the Irish bar, and the styling was lovely and great spaces outside to use.The spa was good and a bonus for me was getting a massage and facial on-site. So relaxing,the beauty room was fantastic, and again, beautifully put together to great a relaxing ambiance. Andy and Lisa are wonderful Hosts. Well be back!

it was not clear on arrival that I was at the correct location. there was no signage that this was the bed-and-breakfast. it would be very helpful to have a sign at the gate with the name “enchanted escape” on it.

really wonderful room with access to a jetted hot tub, not far from the center of Picton. Very comfortable bed.
