Reception wasn't staffed the whole stay which was frustrating as the WIFI connection was very slow. We had to wait the following morning to speak to a receptionist and get another login.

Apartment was very big and spacious. Very clean and comfortable. It had all amenities needed with washing machine and dryer. Room was cleaned daily. Would stay here again!

Parking spots were tight for our big car, no aircon (but fans did the job).

Good location, spacious enough for a little getaway, quiet, washing machine was a bonus.

Very far from any touristic attractions, there’s no staff 24/7 (they close at 5). Not an issue for the check in/check out though.

Unit was clean, but carpet and couch were stained. Couch was very uncomfortable. Very utilitarian ie very basic dishes, no a/c. It’s fine for a couple of nights but I wouldn’t want to stay longer.

Half an hour to city centre by public transport is okay, but you need to buy a value card at an office. 2h from the airport by public transport.

Good amenities. Very clean, modern, washing machine, tumble dryer, good restaurants & supermarkets nearby. Free coffee and tea selection. Fiendly room service staff. Perfect for a group of 3 people. Beds are comfy and area is quiet

The two bedrooms unit has no air conditioning; only fans available.

The location, it's quiet and close to all amenities: supermarkets, restaurants, libraries, and public transportation. The 1st exit after crossing Harbor Bridge.

The apartment didn't have aircon and it was quite muggy while we were there. There was a good breeze through the apartment with the windows and doors open though.

The rooms were very nice - modern, clean, spacious and had everything our family of four needed! The balcony and outlook were great. It was quiet and in a beautiful location - the suburb of Birkenhead is really pretty - with views to the city and a great selection of shops and restaurants. The shops and everything you need is within walking distance, including a supermarket. It's about 20 mins drive and $20 via Uber to get into Auckland City which we found the most convenient way to get around - although we also caught the ferry home from Aukland one day which was a great trip on the harbour but a bit of an uphill walk to get to the apartment.

Love the room & the little personal touches. Kitchenette was well equipped with everything you need. Room & bathroom cleaning was excellent. Beautiful view of the garden from the balcony. Staff were very friendly & helpful giving me advice on public transport into Auckland.
