We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandNo electric blankets or hot water bottles, but lots of extra bedding in the wardrobe. The heater in the hallway was noisy, so we left the heatpump on instead.
Lovely, helpful host. Given extra towels for the hotpools. Lots of towels and bathroom supplies. Peaceful, quiet location. Heatpump going when we arrive. Spacious unit with 3 separate bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Very comfortable beds. Amazing value for the price.

New ZealandThe unit was older and I think not well insulated. The heat pump generally mitigated this. Fortunately we didn't have noisy neighbours but this could have been an issue as we could hear the neighbours T.V. quite clearly. Overall we were happy with our unit.
All accommodation in Hanmer seems to be very expensive but this motel was reasonable. I liked having a separate bedroom, if I didn't want to listen to T.V. there was somewhere else to be. The unit was old, but had been thoughtfully updated and refurbished, with a good heat pump, modern furniture and overall it was very pleasant.
