We were staying 4 days and found that cupboard and drawer space was limited so had to live out of our suitcases

The name of the street given on our booking didn’t appear on our GPS which was a bit off putting, but having found the place, owners instructions were clear. Little drive to town in busy traffic.

The lounge/dining and kitchen area - well appointed and the hosts have generously left a variety of condiments for use by guests. Nice patio. Comfortable bed - bedroom a bit squeezy with 2 suitcases opened, however adequate.

Away from the traffic and crowds of Queenstown but close enough for groceries or a visit. Super convenient for visiting Arrowtown. Couple of dining options within walking distance. Jennifer (host) is friendly and accommodating. She provided clear directions for the apartment, easy to check in and out. Beautiful apartment with plenty of space to spread out. The bed was the best we've had during our trip, we slept well. Great bathroom, kitchen, spacious living area and outdoor patio seating. The washer/dryer came in handy too. We actually cooked two meals in and ate at two of the walkable restaurants nearby. We wouldn't hesitate to book again, we couldn't have enjoyed it more.

There is a certain amount of road noise... The bus stops on the other side of the hedge. This all calms down at night of course and did not prove too troublesome. The apartment is 6km away from Queenstown but after visiting the town we were grateful! Arrowtown is a delight.

This apartment has everything and we loved it! Comfy sofas, large dining table, great shower. I can be very critical when accomodation does not live up to promises but Jennifer has done something quite wonderful here... I have no complaints or suggestions! There is something wrong with booking.com communications because I could not contact, or thank, Jennifer. All messages bounced when sent via email, the 'send message' link did not show this booking. Even the phone number did not work. I managed to contact Jennifer once when we arrived about parking space ans she replied instantly, solving the problem. ( The bollard is badly damaged but still stands up... Thus keeping the space clear!) Thank you for a great time!

Wonderful Accommodation

The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and more. A little bit out of Queenstown itself which we prefer as it was nice and quiet but an easy quick trip into the town to enjoy some activities.

The apartment heated up quickly with the afternoon sun espcially the bedroom and there are no screens on the windows or doors so didn't feel overly comfortable or secure having the sliding doors open which meant the apartment was still stuffy by the time we went to bed. There was a fan in the bedroom though which did help a little.

Beautiful little apartment and only 10 minutes out of the centre of Queenstown. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was very warm with under floor heating. Comfortable seating in the lounge and dining. The bed was large and very comfortable. There were dining options in the immediate area and the Onsen is right next door. Parking was assigned for each apartment however there is a bus stop right out front of the building if you don't have a car. This was a lovely home away from home and was much more comfortable than staying in a hotel room.

Everything about this place, we also thought the bottle of wine on arrival was a super nice touch. I will be back, that's for sure 😊 modern, clean amd cosy with picture perfect views. Close enough to everything and a bus stop right outside to avoid parking in town.

Found the Air Conditioning a little too warm but couldn't find any adjustment selector. Its located a distance from central Queenstown and on a busy road so there's a bit of traffic noise at night.

A very modern, nice roomy apartment with good amenities. Car parking was convenient. Very close to Coronet Peak Ski Field.
