Kitchenette had very little bench space to work from. Nice courtyard space with a restful garden view but the chairs were grotty and old. Didn't sit out there.

Lovely check in staff. They advised me immediately on arrival that they had accidentally charged me twice (I wasn't even aware yet!). Apologised to me and fixed it straight away. Very professional staff, warm, courteous and friendly whenever I saw them. Excellent blackout drapes in the room, comfy pillows, no noise from next door and I liked the living room space.

Bar and grill but nothing on offer or you must book ahead of time for food, I would’ve gave it a 10 if the bar and grill was available. So you must drive up to 10min to 30min for food and coffee etc.Great place though, if they offered restaurant food would be a 10

The room was quite dimly lit. The linen and decor just seemed a bit aged. There wasn't any signal in the room but the free wifi worked fine.

The room and bathroom were fairly clean. They provided a small pantry with mini sink, kettle, and fridge. It was quite a large room equipped with a couch and coffee table. Staff were very helpful and were kind enough to lend a wall charger for my phone as I had forgot to bring mine.

There were a couple of spider webs inside, and the carpet in front of the fridge could do with a clean.

The location was ideal, being handy to everything in Masterton. The room was very good, and the bed was comfortable.

Room wasn’t serviced, only had 2 tea bags for 3 nights. No ability to wash dishes; used mugs / spoons not replaced. No tea towel or dish-wash liquid. Reception staff had trouble understanding me. I decided to leave after 2 nights even though i paid for 3.

Room was comfortable. Good shower. Nice deck of room. Air conditioning. Felt secure.

Owing to a lot of cancellations the motel bar was not open.

Room was very clean. All amenities appeared to work. Bed was very comfortable.

Being on the main highway it was nosy though I did not realize the sliding windows were open. There was also a very strong smell of cigarettes, I am unsure if this was due to the age of the place or because the windows were open and ash was all over the courtyard. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open because of a lack of staff but it was no problem ordering food from Uber eats.

Great air conditioning. Comfortable bed and pillows. Strong water pressure in the shower. Large room and bathroom. Very clean. Fabulous staff. Good location for work in the CBD.

There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room. The glasses provided in the kitchenette were sticky so we decided not to use them. The lighting in the room was not amazing.

The accommodation was conveniently located very close to shops etc. Parking was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and the room was surprisingly large in size. The bathroom also was nice, and the tiled and the water pressure were pretty good.

TV hung at droopy angle from wall - bracket needs adjustment. Several curtains didn't close properly because hooks at top broken; kitchen tap very loose on bench top; vanity sink slow to drain. Internet quite slow and sometimes intermittent. King bed mattress was past its use-by date - springs popped and squeaked.

We were upgraded to a large deluxe suite (at our cost) because original booking for 1 night in standard room could not be extended to two nights. Large tiled bathroom, luxury fittings, great water pressure in shower. Spacious living area. Plenty of pillows and cushions. Hosts were most gracious and helpful.

The onsite Restaurant & Bar was not open the whole time we were there. This would have been super handy

Super private and was nice to walk down hallways to get to your room, large room which was not expected, nice outdoor area with table and chairs along with a bench seat, private outdoor area

The bar was closed but no big deal

Great motel, the bedrooms were large with lots of space, great showers. The rooms had amusing names, named after racehorses. Everything was clean and tidy. Reception were kind in offering unbrellas as it was raining outside when we stayed.

I didn't like that I couldn't park my car and enter the room via the carpark. I had to walk around to the front of the motel and go in through the main entrance!
