I paid a room for 2 people but there was only one robe one pair slippers and one toothbrush and products i wasnt very happy about this as I had in the first place accidentally book a room for one person and they pulled me up on this via message so I cancelled that booking and re booked the room for 2 and there was only things for one person I'm there but I payed over 100 more. Not very happy about

That there was only instant coffee, my husband likes his coffee and opted for the tea instead. From the pictures at the booking windows on Booking.com, it showed plunger coffee. Guess this was for the higher priced suites. My husband also cannot stand noise from air-conditioning units, so we turned ours off while we slept. However, it was very stuffy with no windows to open and I woke up each morning super dehydrated. We also couldn't work out how to chrome cast onto the tv, we gave up with it. Sadly, it doesn't appear that you can book rooms to sleep 4 people. So, we would have to book 2 rooms for our family.

A super comfortable bed and large bathroom with a full-sized bath and a separate shower. The large towels were amazing. We booked here as the booking site indicated the rooms were sound proofed, there was very little noise from outside noticed. However, we could hear some activity in the landing. We were close to the elevator. The cafe and restaurants looked amazing, I'm sure next time we will try them out. We walked around closed by and managed to find great places to eat, but I had some remorse and wished we had just stayed to eat breakfast at the restaurant. The Hotel is close to Auckland Town Hall and the Sky Tower. The reception staff as we arrived were lovely, even allowed up to check in an hour earlier. Overall, a lovely stay and we look forward to staying here again someday soon.

Warmer temperature in the pool

The bed was massive and comfortable. My wife and I had a great nights sleep. The hotel itself was a few hundred meters from the Sky Tower, casino, and Queen St for shopping. The bathroom was big, with a shower and bath and also another toilet in the living area. The restaurant (ember)had great food and friendly staff as well. We also received complementary parking, which saved us quite a lot of money as parking can be expensive in the CBD.

The room keys didn’t work half the time. The in room dining menu was the old one so we almost got charged the wrong price. The food was average. The non explanation re parking fee.

The pool was lovely and the temperature perfect. The room was a good size and the bathroom large. The entrance is nice. The staff were very helpful.

I didn't like that our room did not have a view at all. We were staring at a wall. For the price we paid and the title of the room "superior king Bed room" I was expecting a room with the city view as described in the description.

The shower had terrible water pressure. The bath drained as you pour it because the plug was too loose. The tiolet water pressure was pathetic as well.

The club lounge and breakfast were awesome. Comfy bed.

House keeping was a bit off. We lit up or room for cleaning and they didn't do it. They then randomly turned up at 4pm to do it and came in with no warning so we were a bit surprised. The room looked great after they were done though. They also came in to clear our room at 10am when we were checking out at 11am lol. No biggie just a little annoying. Sometimes it's hard to get through to reception on the phone

The location is great. We went to the comedy gala and it was a 5 min walk. Close to Queen Street for nightlife. I enjoyed having a coffee in the Aviary, it is quite pretty. Room service is handy with lots of yum options. Love the view of the city in the upper levels.

Our issues were with finding the parking as the google directions were not up to date. Iwonder why we were given a room furthest from the lifts at 1.30 in the morning when rooms closer were obviously not booked. It seemed not right we are sort of elderly. The person who registered us for that room was not friendly .

The room was excellent though not easy to find the room service menu. Staffwere considerate in terms of showing us how to access the entrance to parking and very patient. We had misplaced some earrings and couldn find them. The cleaner looked for us after we left and immediately left her job to bring them to reception. She was very quick and kind. We wanted to give her $50 but no one had cash I tried to get cash at the breakfast bar but they couldnt do it. There was a line at the checkout so we left
