No complaints really. Its a short taxi ride from the station - not really roads you can walk on.

The host was very accommodating and allowed us to offer the sofa bed to an old friend of ours who happened to be in traveling through Christchurch at the same time. The accommodation itself has everything you need and a nice balcony which overlooks the park. Great shower / small kitchenette and a washing machine - very useful for those traveling for a while.

Downside for us was the parking...if you were catching a shuttle or Uber this wouldn't be a problem at all though.

Location was great...right by Hagley Park and close enough to everything we needed. Given it's location it was actually nice and quiet. The property was warm, private and well presented.

Did not like the parking as 99% of the time could not get a park which was a big worry for us as we had our own vehicle. Otherwise everything was excellent.

I would suggest to find a way to better close the front door cause a little noise can still come through it.

This is a lovely apartment, comfortable with good views over the park opposite, and good location. We really liked it but it was let down a little because things didn't work: the TV was replaced but the dishwasher was not a straightforward repair

Road noise on the first night. Boys and their toys, big bore exhaust pipes. The stairs were a little difficult with the big suitcases.

Really lovely apartment with everything you need. Great location for the railway station as we were booked on the tranz alpine.

The lack of parking. A few sports meetings on the go while there and we had to park about 1km away. Traffic noise in the bedroom if window open.

Having Hagley park across the road was brilliant. Easy walk into the centre of town along the Avon. Great to have a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The enclosed balcony was a perfect spot to sit in the sun but out of the wind. Easy access to Netflix.

The location is very handy as it's close to the town. Very clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. There was no private parking and the only available was off street and it was difficlut to find parking during the day.

Great location, within walking distance to city centre. Great view and access to Hagley Park. Only minor down side is street parking only and can be challenging at peak times of day. Would recommend!

Had to reset oven, no instructions could be found. TV reception very poor...but good internet.

The whole unit (and particularly the sunroom) smelled like cigarette smoke. We had four people on our booking but only one bed was made up. We wouldn’t have minded making up the other bed ourselves, but there was no linen provided. When we requested linen, we were given brand new linen purchased from the Warehouse that we had to wash and dry ourselves.

It’s in a central location. There is a washing machine and dryer and the kitchen has everything you need.

I wanted to sleep on the pull out couch but there wasn't adequate bedding to make it up and it was incredibly uncomfortable. Although the location was awesome for accessing the Park, it's on a very busy road and so noisy throughout the night.

Awesome location for Hagley Park. Easy free carparking directly out front (if you manage to grab a Park).

Bathroom had hair on the floor. Kitchen was dirty including inside of the cupboards. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. A sheet hadn't been removed which had stains on it. Asked for sofa bed to be made up and it wasn't. Dust on the skirting boards and the apartment didnt smell nice. no tea towels to dry dishes
