Our room air con was broken so we were a bit cold however when we phoned the receptionist they were really great and offered us a room change and brought us some heaters.

Our whānau loved the roof top pool and spa. The hotel was right in the city and an easy walk to the sky tower.

Quite confusing on how to enter the hotel, there are multiple entry points, signage could be clearer, unsure where to enter, not a helpful start.

Rooftop pool, sauna, location, quiet, views and various fun spaces for young children to be fascinated by and explore (lobby, reception, formal staircase, etc)

Great location in the CBD. Close to the venue we were attending also close to the Auckland waterfront which was a short walk away. Friendly helpful staff. Great room, heaps of space. Lovely comfy bed.

Amazing facilities. Great gym, we used both indoor and outdoor pools and spa pool! Sauna aswell was great. Staff were friendly and room was a great size! Beds were super comfy. Room.had a window which we enjoyed having fresh air too. Rooms were quiet and peaceful

We arrived later in morning so as expected some.of the options were either gone or cold but overall enjoyed breakfast and discount. The coffee machine was suprisingly good.

I would have rated the hotel a 10 if room service was available.

The perfect location. Close to everything. Beautiful building. Very spacious, clean bedrooms. The beds, mattress topper and pillows were the best we've ever experienced. My children loved the rooftop pool. The views were better than The Grand Hotel. Loved that the pool was heated. Beautiful spacious spa aswell. We ate at the German restaurant downstairs for buffet breakfast and it was fantastic. Very good value for money. Staff were courteous and helpful.

The Air Con control wall dials were hard to get right. There was no plug for the bath for my kids to bathe in.

Generous sized space. Very comfy beds and pillows. The rooftop pool and really enjoyed the food and space at Berlinchen Restaurant.

There could have been 2 chairs. We had the big bed and 1 chair to sit in when we were watching some TV.

When we arrived we had booked the wrong room which was a standard room. It was no trouble for Mehak upgraded us to a room with a balcony. All the staff were very helpful and nice from reception to the cleaners. It was close to everything.

Beds a little too soft for us but kids loved them. Didn't have a table and chairs just a desk with a chair.

We loved the location, quiet few minutes walk to sky tower,viaduct etc. The facilities were excellent and kept our kids busy in the outside pool, spa, gym and tennis court. Loved the valet service parked our car and got our car ready when we were going out. blackout curtains did there job and great kitchen facilities. Great view of harbor

Tennis racquets need to be updated, air con had malfunctioned, but maintenance person did come to inspect it. Kitchen needed a chopping board.

Valet parking was the only parking option. I would rather self park for cheaper. However the car was quickly retrieved when we needed it and we hardly had to wait.

Rooftop pool was great and the bed was probably one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in. Awesome location. Easy check in and check out- we were early and out room was ready and it wasn’t a problem. Also responded to request of 2 singles rather than a double which I really appreciated.
