The reception in the tower block is unmanned and it's not clear what to do! I had to call to ask someone to help us

Did not like being told that we were being upgraded , when the upgrade included being subjected to the horrendous noise of a water blaster outside our window and on the roof , both on the afternoon we arrived and the next morning. Definitely not expected from an upgrade or even any accommodation provided in this class of hotel

Reception lady tried to charge me at checkout after I had already paid at check in. She couldn't find the payment then accused me of lying about how I paid and told me she would have to check the CCTV.

Beds not comfortable. Mattress too soft so in a double, we both rolled into the middle. Suspect like the decor, they're dated and need an upgrade.

Staff brilliant - Sandra welcomed us at reception and was amazing. Super friendly, nothing was too much travel. Have booked to stay again just because of her Pool lovely, nice view.

Didn't like the menu in the joining restaurant, we ate there once it was good and tasty but not a lot on offer to our tastes. Limited menu

Staff are great and so accommodating. Pool and hothub are great plus they allow you to invite guests which was great!!!

I'm sure there is a security reason but the main entrance was closed and it was a bit of a hike with bags to the side door. Perhaps an email warning of this would help?

Very nice hotel for the price - was only staying one night and arrived late in the evening so sadly didn't get to see the facilities. I used to visit the building as a child when it was Farmers, so have fond memories. The room looked into the internal atrium which would have been odd for a longer stay but suited our purposes at the price point.

We went to the hotel restaurant for ease. However the server disappeared half way through our meal. So we were unable to get desert or more drinks. No staff left in sight. This was not late at night.

Traveling with kids, I loved that we could separate the room into 2 if we wanted to put the beds down to bed earlier. Then then there was still space for the adults to stay up. Also the rooftop pool was lovely.

Being told they take $200 for bond and that it would go back on my card when we checked out, then being told when we checked out it take 3 to 5 days!

Room was nice and spacious, clean and tidy. The pool area was amazing. And I loved that it was open till 11pm for swimming.

The pool has no shallow end. The property is in two buildings & so it is a long way to get to the pool or restaurant or reception.

The legs fell off the bed and when lifted it to put the legs back on under the bed hadn’t been vacuumed for obviously some time

Restaurant was disappointing. Need more staff at reception. Had to wait every time we went there, usually just to get pool towels. The staff were helpful and nice, it was just slow.
