We had a couple of days with an hour or two in the morning with no hot water and we had to ask reception what has happened and they were quite apologetic. We also had a couple of days where there was a very strong generator smell coming through the room which we could not pick what it was.

The apartment was quite spacious and cozy. Good facilities and the view was amazing! The fireplace was a nice touch and kitchen facilities were great. We enjoyed our stay!

it’s a great position and easy walk into town, but if climb back however great in managing the weight after all the over indulgence. The view is beautiful and the units are clean and very well equipped. We have stayed twice and will return.

the only reason i didn't give Highview an excellent rating was that the Internet/wifi didn't work on some occasions and a coupled of the electrical appliances were not working as expected. but the Highview team provided DVDs for my kids which kept them entertained at night.

the view from the room was amazing and the staff and reception were really helpful and accommodating. Thier service was beyond my expectations. The room was comfy and neat and close to everything.

Just a personal preference - the bed was very soft. The set up of the two bedroom apartment being two seperate apartments and linked thorugh a shared doorway could have been made clearer. It was completely safe and private, I just didn't expect it.

Great views and well appointed apartment, and having a washing machine was really helpful. My teenager loved having their own space with the second bedroom set up like a second apartment with a shared hallway.

The size of the apartment, the cleanliness and of course the spectacle view! Oh and how could you forget the heated floors in the bathroom, they was exceptional on the chilly mornings!

The fridge makes some strange beep soon as we open the door. The main sliding door was broken not lockable but not a huge issue assuming no one climb up to the upper floor.

View, quiet, location-close to town area but quiet, walkable distance to town area. The fact that they are not serviced daily, to some this is not ideal but for us, I think that means we don't need to wake up early to avoid the cleaners... we just keep the apartment clean ourselves, made up our own bed, clean the dishes - there's dish washer in room! so no problem at all. Would be good if there is Dyson vacuum cleaner in the room.

my fiancé and I arrived in the late evening so upon arrival our room was perfect, it was warm, quiet and comfortable. after waiting hours at the airport, we really couldn’t ask for more! Once morning came, our jaws dropped when we opened the curtain 😍 there was mountains with snow, a stunning lake and clouds that basically said good morning at my height level! it was the type of view you only see in movies. it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL

The room was not serviced during my 5 night stay which was very very disappointing. I paid over $400 per night and to not have the room serviced is a rip off. If servicing the room was not possible then the rate should have been reduced. I would have been satisfied if the room was serviced on alternate days. The other disappointing fact is that I was informed that the room will not be serviced 3 days before my arrival. When I called reception, I was told I have the option of cancelling. However this option was not suitable as I did not have the time to search for alternate accommodation. Spoke to other tourists and they paid less for their rooms and it was serviced everyday Coffee pods only supplied once, thereafter you had to pay if you wanted them.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The view is exceptional Bathroom is big and spacious Apartment is well secured so I felt safe Heating is very effective.

Room was quite small which meant limited space for luggage.

Good location - a short walk or drive to town (up/down a hill). Plenty of parking and the room had everything needed. Bed was very very soft (fine for us, but may not be suitable for some). Enjoyed the spa pool as well. No issues with the WiFi.

I booked a studio but was upgraded to a one bed apartment with an INCREDIBLE view! The apartment had a lovely loving room with a gas fire, fully equipped kitchen with everything I needed, generous bedroom and an en suite bathroom. The highlight was the floor to ceiling windows with the fabulous view over the lake and mountains, waking up to that every morning was amazing. Tha apartment is a short 10 minute stroll into town so it is very well located. The staff were really lovely, the apartment immaculate and there is also a gym and hot tub for residents to use. I couldn't recommend this place more highly and will be back for sure if I ever get the chance to visit beautiful Queenstown again. Thanks so much for a great stay and for the upgrade, it made my trip ❤️

The view from our first floor studio apartment 308A was incredible. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and private. Staff were super friendly and obliging. Loved the on-site spa but felt it could have been a couple of degrees hotter. A short 10 minute walk to the wharf and shops, the return walk is a little steep. I would definitely stay here again.
