Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Very good location close to central Queenstown. Hill climb back to the apartment quite a challenge. Views are tremendous and facilities ideal for largish group.

AustraliaInternet speed was slow and only a few devices can be connected. In the world today, fast internet is a must. Parking ( garage ) is ok for a small car but for big MPV then have to park outside along the road and that is quite troublesome

AustraliaThe only thing we didn't like was the walk home from town. Going into town was down hill but coming home was pretty harsh. There was roadworks so we had to go the long way around and the hill was much steeper than the normal route to town.
The location was excellent, walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes and walking tracks. The hill was steep so if you didn't feel like walking it you could just jump in any Queenstown Taxi cab for $9-$10 cab fee and only took 2 minutes from town to apartment. The 3 levels are perfect for a large group. We had 4 couples and we all had a bathroom and the top level is the kitchen, lounge and extra WC. The views are extraordinary and the snow on the nearby mountains were so beautiful. The apartment was always WARM. I would definitely book again.

AustraliaProperty is tired, kitchen needs replacing - cabinets are water damaged and some draws don’t open. Kitchen utensils are missing or broken. On a hot day in Queenstown summer it’s too hot to be in the living areas until 10pm at night - needs an air conditioner on the top floor. Made worse as the curtain is missing in the living room so you can’t stop the sun. House rules say no shoes but the carpet is well past it’s useful life and needs to be replaced.
