Nothing! Everything was great at this place.

The neighbourhood was in a good location - close to the town centre. Quiet neighbourhood. The rooms were clean and provided sufficient towels and all the toiletries. Kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances that we were able to cook all our meals.

We couldn’t get the main TV to work and contacted the property management team. They were getting a tech person to look at it but left without it working.

There were only 2 pedestial fans provided for 4 bedrooms. There is no cross ventilation in the bedrooms so 2 of us really struggled to sleep at night. The lounge could do with some dim/muted lights. The bright lights spoil the beautiful area for relaxation.

The home was perfect for us, nothing to fault.

Very spacious and very well equipped with everything four adults needed for a few days away. The property was so lovely we found ourselves preferring to stay home to sit in the sun, read, and catch up. It was a relaxing home away from home.

Some of the taps didn't work properly and the kids bike was unusable as the gearing was broken. There is an area of the kitchen floor area which is dangerously slippery when wearing socks. It's between the island and kitchen table.

No cupboards available in the main bedroom - only a small issue as we just next the cupboards in the closest bedroom.

There was everything we needed and more. The house was spotlessly clean and perfect for families with children with plenty of books and games provided. The kitchen was well stocked with nearly every possible type of utensil or tool - you could even bake a cake! We also enjoyed that it was located so close to the beautiful botanical gardens which have lovely picnic spots,

The climb up to the house is a bit intense but it's not something we can change! I wish there had been a bit more amenities for our week-long stay.

Beautiful house in a great location (about 4km) from IRONMAN New Zealand venues. So great to have a full kitchen and the garage, plus the bedrooms were super comfortable for the four of us.

It would be great if there was a knife sharpener and also some plastic chopping boards. Also, the property isn’t fenced which was a bit tricky for us with young children.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Beautifully modern, warm and clean. The layout was great for a family. Definitely recommend staying here and we would absolutely book it again.

There was no wardrobe available in the master bedroom and the mattress in the twin bedroom was old and uncomfortable.

We love the place, very clean and spacious. Modern kitchen has all the cook utensils we could think of.

Only thing we found was that the central heating was quite hot so we woke up nice and toasty and it was quite stuffy when we had been out during the day but it was easy enough to use the air con/open doors and windows to help that. Was nicer to be too warm rather than cold!

Loved the open home family vibe. The seperate spaces as we baught Our 5 kids and friend on a weekend get away to skydive and jet boat. Very happy with the home. It will be our new family holiday home.
