You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesSome accessibility issues. We stayed in the accessible room, which they held for us all day (we arrived late). However, the lobby for checking in was up 5 stairs and I saw no other access. I had to have my wife do everything, because my walker couldn't go anywhere. I basically went straight to the room. At least it was flat and ground level. I never interacted with anyone here, because I couldn't access some areas. It didn't feel secure at all. It was all just sliding glass doors with a normal latch. Luckily, the town itself felt safe and that major security wasn't necessary. However, I'm a total city,"hood rat" and still put a chair to block the door. We stayed in room 15 and it felt like we were in an aquarium or zoo exhibit. Too much glass. We had to close all the curtains for any privacy. We met some nice people in Picton, so no offense and I'm sorry, but in hindsight we wished we had just gone a few km further south to Blenheim. They have a lot more resources and it's a bigger town.
We had a very brief, overnight stay when we got off of the Ferry on our way south. Room 15. Nice kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable. Mellow area to stay. Close to shopping, food and other resources, for Picton, but yeah, about that...
