Unfortunately the hot water in our room seemed to run out in the evening so we didn’t have enough hot water for a bath or shower

The setting with small garden and play area, lovely water feature outside the bar and general feel of the hotel is lovely and calming, ideal before a long flight. Comfortable rooms and lovely pillows / bedding.

Like most airport hotels, the rooms were basic and functional. You pay for the convenience. The table service in the restaurant was slow, we waited about 15mins for our drinks to arrive after ordering.

This is a typical airport hotel. It is located a few kms from the airport, and near the motorway. Easy to get to, plenty of parking, and easy access to the major routes out of Auckland.

Shower was quite moldy, but all other facilities were clean and tidy.

Arrived at 2am to staff who totally understood we were exhausted and didn't want to muck around, we were checked in and in our room with in 10 minutes of arriving. Beds were so comfortable; room was quiet, and curtains were dark. Ideal for a quick kip before we continued on with our journey. Free shuttle was a god sent at 2am.

Only complaint would be that the shower is in the bath. Not great for mobility issues

Location was perfect. The restaurant was very busy so the wait time was about an hour for meals and the staff were stretched beyond being able to offer a good experience, Food was good when it finally came out.

The hotel overall is quite good. What makes the hotel better is in terms of the costs. If the rate for the accommodation is cheaper than the currently rate, that would be much helpful.

The location is very close to Auckland airport. It has plenty of car parks. The check in and check out procedure is quick and simple. The room is relatively big.

I think it was Nabib (maybe incorrect spelling) that took us to the Airport and was an amazing help. He couldn’t do enough for us. Great place to stay when flying out of Auckland.

would like to have breakfast booked with the room but this was an add on at the hotel, ( I waited and had breakfast at the airport lounge)

There was nothing I didn’t like. Our room was a little smaller than normal but maybe that was my fault within the booking process.

We like that they provide airport transfer. Check in is always smooth and efficient.

Thumping and thudding almost all night. The staff knew about the problem which is associated with a pumping system. Why do they put people in the rooms near it? Without telling them? Once we knew what it was, it was easier to ignore, and it also got less obvious between 11pm and 6am, which is probably when activity drops.

Good hotel is conveniently very close to Auckland Airport. Bed comfortable. No aircraft noise.

Easy and quick check in . All staff were excellent. Room fine for overnight stay and easy access to airport with a shuttle. Selection of food available to buy was excellent. We had dinner from the bar menu which was very good, perhaps a little pricey! The hotel was quiet, bed comfortable and I like how you could open a window if wanted .

I have stayed here before and no complaint about the room size but on this occasion, the room was rather small - having spent two weeks in NZ MIQ, I now always ask myself in every hotel, "Could I spend two weeks in this room?". The room here was totally fine but tiny. Manageable as a single though you'd still go nuts. I could see a murder if I had to share this room with another person. Having said that, The Jet Park is still my airport hotel of choice.
