The window latches didn't pull the window tightly shut, so there was extra noise entering the room from traffic and planes. It would also have been good if there had been a sign closer to the terminal saying "LyLo this way >"

Clean and tidy, and everything we needed after a long international flight. The green lights to show the way late at night were great.

A light smell of mildew in corridors and bedroom.

Easy to find and close to airport terminal. Easy check in. Comfortable lounge and well set up for self catering meals. Nice outdoor area for relaxing in.

the fan in the pod was louder than I expected - had a bit of a rattle to it. Hair dryers in the womens' bathroom would be nice.

Only 10 minutes' walk to the terminal. Stayed here for 1 night as I needed to be up by 4am for a morning flight. Was pretty impressed by the spacious lounge area - I've stayed in many hostels and this is one of the biggest and nicest so far. Pods had blinds which ensured privacy and there is light/usb/power switch right next to the bed. Massive lockers beneath the bed that could fit suitcases (but people couldn't be bothered using them and still had their belongings all over the dorm). Woolies supermarket and plenty of food options just next door.

The room is small, which is understandable due to its position. However, we can't open our luggages and lay them on the ground, which brought several inconveniences.

The lounge is really big and open. I like the hammmock the most.

The door was a heavy one that made a loud click when people closed it - not ideal when you have people leaving at 5am etc. Also I couldn't get my storage draw to open despite following the instructions carefully/multiple tries, so had to have my luggage in the pod with me (luckily pod is spacious enough for me to do this)

Pods are great - there's enough space to chill in there as you're winding down to go to sleep. Bed was comfy, clean sheets, nice little curtain for privacy.

Still found the bedroom cramped particularly having bed in a tight space against a side wall plus base against another wall. Can be noisy. Relatively pricey for such limited space.

This is my second review this month as we stayed twice. The second stay was for a longer time and allowed me to discover other features. Location is excellent for airport. Desk manned 24 hours. Large area available for all residents has fridges to store food, plus cooking equipment and eating facilities. This area is also spacious for relaxation time. A supermarket and a numerous cafes and restaurants close by. Bus stops regularly near the shops - easy and cheap way of getting into into City ( need cash not eftpos) Bathrooms clean and well appointed. Staff friendly

The air conditioner in the room only works as heater. The price is quite expensive compared to other accommodations we stayed in New Zealand.

The location is within walkable distance from the airport terminal. There are supermarket, restaurants, and shops closed to the hotel. The room is spacious and peaceful. The shared kitchen and dining area are large and well-equipped. Rice cooker is the best surprise.

Rooms were quite small, and could hear the Woolworths workers and machinery during the night.

Proximity to the airport was convenient. It was open late for a late arrival from the airport.

The bed in the pod wasn't comfortable, I struggled to sleep because of this! But well, for one night at this price, alright 😎

The perfect location for the airport with a few restaurants around!! All was clean, a lot of toilets and showers were available, a very big room to cook, to talk and to play!! Very friendly!!

The card scanner got the lockers didn’t work and when I asked a staff member for help he told me they usually don’t work and that I can just leave it on the floor of my room. My PowerPoint in my pod also did not work.
