We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The accommodation was superb. Excellent location. Very tidy and clean. Everything you need to cook or an easy walk to the township for dinner. We only stayed two nights but would have been comfortable for much longer. The owners were really helpful and responsive.

New ZealandOn the days we stayed, there was some ground drilling going on. It was every day of the 4 days we stayed there except for Sunday. Unfortunately, Monday was a very wet and blustery day with our trip to Ulva Island cancelled so we stayed inside for much of the day. The drilling went on all that day too.
It was really close to the centre of Stewart Island and various walking tracks and activities. The hosts picked us up from the depot so we didn't have to find our accommodation and climb the hill with bags.

Our accommodation was comfortable and peaceful. Enjoyed watching and hearing the native birds that would be so close to us. The hosts Donna and Ted are very helpful. They collected as when we arrived and dropped us of when we departed.

New ZealandThe motel manager, Donna, is so lovely and she definitely made our stay memorable. The facilities are incredible and location is great. Surrounded by birds, bush and a minute walk to Oban centre. I just wish that I could stay there longer. Our whole group including our toddler had one of the best holidays. Amazing.
