Was apprehensive when we pulled up, the exterior needs a good clean. We were woken up to road works right out the front of our room, and had clearly been there a while. If we were notified of the roadworks in advance we would have gone elsewhere.

A bit unfortunate that our view is slightly block by a giant tree. the lower level carpark was hardly noticable, we had to ask the staff to find it.

Amazing view to the lake, great location, 3 minutes drive to all the main attractions in queenstown. The staff are incredible nice and there's a bar and some boardgames in the lobby. Spacious room and toilet, we have no problem getting 3 big suitcases wide open in the room

Twice we have stayed here and both times the spa wasn’t working. Also, having the toilet paper holder attached to the bath tub wasn’t a good idea as it gets wet from shower/bath and always had to remove it and put it on the bench whenever we would shower/bath

Location is great. We were on ground level which was nice but we have stayed on level 3 before which had a much better view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The parking is plentiful and access to the hotel easy.

Road works a problem. Parking was also difficult as there were no parks available on level one, and being 81 years of age the steep Suburb Street was difficult for me when I finally got back to the hotel at 9 pm.

Young lady at reception was very friendly and efficient. I would give her a big tick.

Shower design meant that water easily overflowed over the shower hop.

Great view of Lake Wakatipu. Free parking on site and a close walk to the Queenstown town centre. The room was spacious and the beds were some of comfiest beds my wife and I have ever slept on in a hotel. Daily room service was also great. Other helpful things included the spacious lounge for guests on the bottom floor plus laundry/dryer (coin operated) facilities on site. There's also a bus stop handily in front of the hotel.

Handy to town but a bit of a walk back up the hill on the way back. Roadworks everywhere make driving slow, so walking is easiest. Nice and clean. And fab views of the lake.

Location, while close to town, probably a little too far to walk back and forth. So you need a car really. Added to that there was no on site restaurant to eat in the evening. No nearby options or takeaways meaning again you need a car. If you are a tourist without vehicle then you are going to find eatng options difficult. There are restaurants on site but only open for breakfast. This is really not helpful.

Rooms were large and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and room was very clean. The outdoor balcony area was a bonus.

Sadly the staff member that greeted us the first time was not greatly friendly. Never made eye contact and seemed very uninterested. We had booked a room for 3 of us and there was only one bed.

Lovely hotel, great location beautiful view and clean comfortable room. One lovely employee found us another room when we didn’t have enough beds, very accommodating.

The view from the balcony was limited by foliage in front. However this did allow privacy from the main road in front as it was at ground floor level.
