There is a bit of noise from traffic on the road, especially at night when everything is quiet.

Excellent Accommodation. It was a short 10-minute drive from Queenstown CBD, but that is exactly what we wanted to stay away from crowds and traffic.. The room was clean and a good view of the mountains from the balcony... Great wood fired pizza place nearby and also a pub walking distance from property. You would need a car if you stay here... close to Shotover Jet.

Seriously, the light switches were in weird positions, we never figured them out.

It was away from the hustle/bustle of Queenstown, but not so far as to make getting to stuff difficult.

Make sure you have a car - it is 10 minutes from Queenstown city centre.

Great amenities; like there is 2 toilets. Had a last minute change happen and staff were super considerate and professional. If I come to queenstown will definitely come here again. Next to Onsen Pools as well.

The check in process seems ok prior to arriving - good instructions, however on arrival there is no phone reception to read the email giving the exterior door code and key lock box code. As well as the instructions, suggest people take a screen shot of instructions or write down the details. I wasn’t the only guest during our stay who encountered the same issues. I had to phone my husband who was able to log into my computer at home and find the email with the details and send them to me. We tried to call the company, but it was after hours and couldn’t get a reply. Another guest suggested if I couldn’t get through press the emergency option.

The apartment is blessed with a really stunning location and a balcony terrace with which to enjoy it. A glass of wine with that view makes for a lovely way to relax. The apartment was well appointed and there are lots of nice touches with the provision of snacks, orange juice and toiletries. The main shower was superb, the en suite a challenge if you are large!

Due to some mix-up the apartment was not cleaned before our arrival, but Rhodal had cleaners sent immediately and they had the place spick and span in no time.

A very comfy apartment with all the modern facilities you might need. It was a pleasure to wake up to such a phenomenal view every morning. But that being said, the drive to Queenstown is about 10 minutes, so you definitely only for people with their own rental cars.

I didnt like that there is no signal for calling. But goodthing that wifi is good enough.

I like the that it was a 2 bedroom unit. Good for 4 pax and they have 2 separate toilet😊 the space and the ambience is so relaxing. Very nice for a small family.
