Beautiful view from the room, lounge and balcony. Clean rooms and excellent heating system in the cold days

Nothing really, but it would be better if the toilets can have ventilation. One more thing is that some of the floor tiles on the patio are not fixed well so it made out noisy sounds when stepped on it. It’s kind of disturbing especially at night time when you walk out to the patio to see stars.

Very well equipped and spacious; clean and comfortable; nice 2 en-suites; close to good restaurant and spa; great view of the mountains (will definitely request for 2/F or 3/F next time for better view of the river); private car park; convenient self check-in and check-out; has lift; good to have free WiFi cos the cellular connection is very weak here (better to save down the check-in instructions beforehand, in particular the WiFi password); good value for money for family stay. Very enjoyable overall.

It needs a little maintenance - gas fire was not working, one of the showers obviously lost a shelf which was not replaced so shampoo etc is outside the shower as there is nowhere to put it, things like these.

Well appointed, stocked with all you need for a short stay (linens, kitchenware, soap/detergent), good location, super convenient parking.

Floors were sticky, minor thing to correct. Didn’t like the data scraping logon process that was compulsory bc of property management. Wouldn’t stay again based on this alone and that’s a pity bc property was excellent.

Lovely views and out of the Queenstown hurly burly but only 8 minutes from shore. Great linen & well kitted out w good appliances.

The location was awesome. It was covered with beautiful peaks all around. It wasn't very far from the main attractions. It was so clean, and my children loved it. We are looking forward to staying there again.

Parking was right under the bedroom so if you are light sleeper you will wake up to the noise of people getting in their cars.

Beautiful modern clean and spacious accommodation with excellent heating, near to queenstown. Free parking. Within same property of Olsen pools. Views were magnificent

A few tiles move around, and the sink in the second bedroom doesn't drain properly, it takes awhile to drain, but even with these little things this apartment is exceptional.

Absolutely loved the apartment. It was clean, warm (thanks to the beautiful fireplace), modern and had everything you need and more. The welcome basket and milk were such a bonus. Supplied dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent. Very comfortable beds and lounge suite. The views are amazing. The location is perfect, right behind onsen and near shotover jet, which was our 2 main activities. We've stayed in the town before and much rather stay here away from the busy town.

Sink in bathroom 2 took a while to drain properly. That was the only fault.

Fantastic accommodation for family of 4. Quiet. Close to adventure activities. No disadvantage to being out of Queenstown Centre. Nice little touches with breakfast muesli and nespresso capsules. Good facilities to cook meals if not wanting to eat out all of the time.

Booking this property has caused me a lot of troubles . My credit card was canceled because of a mysterious charge from an unknown party (BCR) for an amount I could not recognized. Could you imagine how inconvenient when your card was cancelled ? Other properties sent me emails before charging but this one didn’t. As a result I sent messages to the >20 properties I booked , asking if they were BCR., only a few replied they weren’t. I had to review all the booking details. Eventually I found out that it was this property charging 50% right after booking. Only if they sent me a notification before charging, it could have saved me a lot of troubles. Despite my recommendation to them about the same, they didn’t even send me any email prior to charging me the remaining 50% a number of days prior to my checking in.

The property was a two bed two bath unit with stunning mountain view. The kitchen was fully equipped. There were all kind of pots and utensils. There was an espresso coffee machine. Unfortunately there was no small cups fitting it though☹️. The washer dryer was compact and efficient. Check in process was easy.
