The bed was low & had a very hard mattress, not to my liking. It felt like being on a pull out couch bed. At one point the bed seemed to "Settle" as if it wasn't secured properly. There was no "guest" profile on the Netflix, not sure if someone left it logged in, or they didn't have one. No wifi instructions, although listing says WiFi available.

Great location, not far from the lake front, an easy walk to it for sure. No noise from the rest of the house, which made it feel like we were alone, rather than staying in someone's guest house. Bathroom was well stocked, towels, soaps etc. Clean and well presented. TV was good, well positioned.

I could not fault my stay.

The studio was private, secure & quiet while less than 1km from the lake. It was beautifully decorated & spotlessly clean & only 5 minutes drive to the main shopping & restaurants. Perfect if you are travelling as a couple or on your own. The host was very friendly & thoughtful. Nice touches with the sweets & toiletries. Parking was ample for even a very large vehicle. Highly recommend & will make it my first choice when travelling to Taupo.

The bed was quite low and a little bit uncomfortable. There was also no air conditioning and we stayed in summer so the room was quite hot. Can also hear the owners through the door (which is understandable because it's just a room off the house). Besides that it was perfect :)

Loved how clean and cozy the place was :) It had pretty much everything we needed.

Spotlessly clean and everything you needed fir an overnight stay. Shower was fantastic, hot water plentiful and powerful pressure

Bed is very uncomfortable, didn’t sleep unfortunately. The bed base made me sore. Couldn’t leave the bathroom door open as the room would swarm with small insects.

Accomodation in great location from the lake, not far from town. Neighbours were really friendly. Quiet and pretty much an eyesore with the surrounding properties!. Property was clean, tidy and inviting. Would stay again.

Only one suggestion as there a very well equipped kitchenette ... just one or two mugs might be great as anything hot in a glass is a bit difficult to handle ... but as said, everything else was there ...

I had a nice one-night stay. Communication was quick and efficient, the room was comfortable and very clean, all looked very new. Nice bathroom and plenty of private parking space. Quiet residential area at the end of a cut-de-sac. No complaints whatsoever.

As is a joining to the main house could hear noise and comings and going of home owners and family. The bed was very very very hard After 4 nights very sore backs. Not much room to move as only bed in room

The photo of the bed was misleading for me. The bed was approximately 30cm off the ground. There was no way either of us could use it . We left and found alternate accommodation.

Overall very clean and tidy little place. A few things could have been abit better. One of them being the bed which was very hard and uncomfortable. Also heard lots of noise that came from the owners which wasn’t ideal. Especially when trying to sleep first thing in the morning. Not the nicest to wake up to cooking smells coming into the room either. Just a few things to work on but other than that enjoyed the stay.
